   I hope he doesn’t have to stand in the sun again. And, I hope he has a coat if it is cold.

       You can still get burned even if it is cloudy, but I doubt the rays are going to be as strong as further south.

         This is Ohio, mom.
         Ohio has year-round 89% cloud cover. A stray ray or two would be most welcome.
         And it’s durn cold. My furnace is set at 65 and it kicked on this afternoon.
