Watching the ‘hurricane’ coverage on the Weatherpanic stations. Some storm wandering between a ‘strong’ tropical storm and a very weak Cat 1 hurricane and the stations are covering it 24/7 as if it were a Cat 10 ready to devastate the entire East Coast. As my Nana would say, “They’re making a meal out of it”.

Mornin’ everyone. I just can’t believe the things that Dems are saying. I just saw a panel on FOX and FRIENDS with Pastor Jeffries, Jonathan Morris, and a black woman named Rev. D. Dawglins-Hagler (I don’t think I have seen her before). The black pastor said that Southern Democrats are Pro-Life, from conception to the grave. She went on to say that Republicans are only Pro-life before they are born. That is so stupid it makes you think she lost her mind on the way to be on TV. And, she sat shaking her head “no” as J. Morris was speaking.

Did anyone ask the black pastor about those young black kids down to about 10 who are out doing violent crimes shooting and getting shot? They’ve been whacking each other at a pretty good clip for the last few weeks here.

Either WordPress or Firefox is doing strange things with tweets posted in comments and posts. All I see (reference WeeWeed’s comment above) is the text. Pics and videos don’t show at all.

WP is throwing approved commenters automatically in the trash, and we are trying to figure out which are okay and which are trash. Also they are putting spam into the trash.

I was getting a headache reading Sociological articles where verbiage passes for scholarship. Seems that wordsmithing has been substituted for research.
Czarina was also looking at a list of seminars available on her professional association’s website and we were having a good time disassembling the buzzwords used to inflate their titles. It was an amusing few minutes trying to come up with humorous content to match the titles.
