Good afternoon, it was too hot for me for the Farmer’s Market, I was up early but had things going on….How did things turn out with your basement?
I know you said it looked like the washer and dryer could be saved last I heard I think the you were waiting on the furnace guy.

Good news. Furnace and water heater were repaired at a reasonable cost. Washer and dryer are still working (did laundry yesterday). Basement is cleaned out and I am installing new shelving. Added a new sump pump in the old sump pit. Waiting for a call from the plumber about inspecting my backflow valve and if it can be repaired.
The insurance company will pay ServPro directly when they submit their bill to the adjuster. They will pay me for the cost of repairing the furnace and water heater.

Love the racoon mascot. That is great. And, the little girl who wants to be a police. 🙂 I saved the video of the dogs in Heaven for my friend. She can’t play videos. This certainly would be Heaven for her………..only, there have to be cats, too. 😀 What a clever little girl to invent that heat safety thing for a carseat.
