    After listening to all the facts as presented, the logical conclusion might be Fulton County deliberately sabotages its own voters election after election.
    But thinking that would instantly render one a deranged conspiracy theorist, an honor worn proudly by all who receive it.
    Prayers for Fredo. Fredo is beyond human intervention.
