ARMED CIVILIANS FIGHTING BACK as Leftists Call to DEFUND POLICE!!!
Dr. Steve Turley – June 3, 2020
Turley calls out the feckless elite ruling class that always blames others but not themselves for the vestiges of racism remaining in our society.

It’s at the point that top Democrats like Biden ‘taking a knee’ with black agitators doesn’t show he’s against racism as much as it does he’s their bitch.

Taking a knee in protest started during the Obama/Biden tenure. Anyone recall such an action by Joey then?

Nope, but them he didn’t have to kiss so much inclusive butt. He was #2 then and still makes a good example of #2.

BTW, it’s a whole string of shantys. I find them interesting and fun to listen to. I rerally enjoyed the years I spent artached to the Navy, they’re a whole nuther world, different language and culture. I found that a lot of them dislike the water even more than I do.

A lot of those songs are so naughty! But they can make your feet tap on the floor. A lot of the older songs were sang to hoist the sails.

Or any other group activity that required a coordinated effort. I was introduced to them when I was a small kid, there were retired fishermen and whalers in my hometown and the area as well as retired Old School Navy sailors.

My DH is always going around singing crazy songs about a chamber pot used to catch a lobster, and other crazy things. He learned a lot of things in the Royal Navy, but what else are you gonna do when you’re out to sea for 9 months at a time?

On Monday I woke up with achy joints, and a little nausea which came after I ate or drank. Ate a little cottage cheese. Went through the day like normal except I noticed that if I did not walk fast and pay attention to my posture and steps I wandered all over and nearly fell several times. Temperature at the hospital was 98.8 going in, and 97.3 leaving 2 hours later. When I got home I took a nap. I realized I had not drunk anything except a few sips of coffee in the morning. Our thermometer died, and a new one has not arrived in three months despite the phenominal Amazon Prime. Ate some dinner. Took a Zicam. Went to bed shivering, toes extremely cold, put on socks and an extra blanket. Slept for three hours then was up or just awake in bed with short dreams (looked at the clock alot!)
Tuesday I felt more tired, more joint pain, hospital temp 97.7. I forgot to drink again, ate nothing all day, dry cough appeared in the evening which was accompanied by a sharp headache associated with the cough. Tried take a mouthful of water every five minutes. Ate a little but it upset my stomach. Slept poorly again. When Czar got up I was curled on the couch he started pestering me to go get a COVID test: I told him to find a clinic. I took a nap. Off and on sore throat.
When I walked out into the sunshine to get in the car I suddenly felt normal! Felt good all the way to the hospital. Carried water & drank frequently. COVID test is not nice, but the Nurse Practitioner was an old friend, and she said my lungs sounded fine and my temp was 97.7. Results will show up in my email in 24-48 hours. Still walking like a drunk, may need to get my cane. Got home and took a nap. Woke up for an hour, sat on the porch in the sun, then took another nap. Tried to watch a movie, but couldn’t keep my interest. Ate a little mashed potatoes.
Slept for 3 hours, then awake. Now i’m here with a continual headache. Since I know headaches can be dehydration related, I am drinking water. This is the morniing ot the 4th day.
Anyone else got this?

Sorry, Czarina. My non-medical diagnosis is that you are sick. Hope you get over it soon. ❤ ❤ ❤

No, but I hope it is minor and you are well soon. My mother had these symptoms once and she was dehydrated. Nurses wouldn’t let her leave the hospital, thought she’d had a stroke.

I had a long period of persistent and sometimes heavy dry cough, no fever, clear runny nose and occasional shortness of breath. I wondered if it was due to medication at the time, because I didn’t have a fever, but the symptoms eventually went away. I wasn’t sick to my stomach, but occasional headache and dizziness sometimes.
I hope you feel better soon! Will be interested to know the result of your test.
The woman in this article has some of these symptoms. She did have a fever either, and she did test positive.

The woman in the article repeatedly states how important it is to stay hydrated.

To jump in on this, if you don’t feel like eating, I recommend Gatorade or Powerade – one of the sports drinks that helps hydrate and has a some sugar in it. I think it helps when you don’t feel much like eating. But that may just my diabetes-oriented mind. I’m not a doctor and I don’t play one on TV.
Hope you get feeling better soon!

Yep, czarina…you are describing the first week of the ‘crud’ that I had in February, the initial chills were extreme……After about a week, man I felt great…for two days and then whatever this was, it hit me harder. It settled in my lungs and my joints and It took me about four weeks to get over it. Prayers for your quick recovery…..

Did you take anything either time, even Tylenol or aspirin?

I’m a firm believer in the healing powers of aspirin & sleep, czarina. I kept myself dosed up with the maximum doses of Bayer. I kept my nose lubricated with Vicks vapor rub and I boiled water on the stove a couple of times a day so I could inhale the steam. And don’t forget…sleep, lots of sleep…I got so good at it, I took cat naps when I was standin’…..:0)

I’ve been avoiding aspirin & NSAIDS, in case it is COVID becuase some research showed they made it worse. Also avoiding Tylenol and aspirin for the fever because fever burns off the virus.

I had it back in early March. Along with a week or so of chills and killer headache (I just assumed it was sinus related) I developed an awful lower backache – I thought from the coughing. Went to the doc in the box twice (no tests of any sort.) My nose ran the entire time and it lasted about 3 weeks, with the cough lasting another month after that. Totally miserable experience. But (since covid wasn’t a “thing” yet) I did take aspirin for the headache for about a week.

Such sickos! Apparently they are too stupid to know that if these terrorists win, Lego is out of business as a “white-privileged, capitalist elite” entity. Obviously some sjw members in the Christiansen family that owns Lego are rearing their ugly heads.
I’ve never purchased Legos and now never will. Hopefully millions of others will follow suit.

This round of virtue-signaling is not gonna stop anytime soon. I don’t know if these big corporations actually believe what they’re saying, or if they’re just trying to make it stop. But it’s not pretty.

Lindsey Graham to James Mattis: ‘You’re missing something here, my friend’
By David Sherfinski – The Washington Times – Thursday, June 4, 2020
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham on Thursday responded to former Defense Secretary James Mattis‘ scathing rebuke of President Trump by suggesting that Mr. Mattis needs some perspective on what Mr. Graham described as an ongoing campaign to destroy Mr. Trump.

Made a sheet tray of roasted veg for dinner. So good! Also made a baked potato and some brats with sauerkraut. Heated the house up, but now I don’t have to cook for a few days.
