I got caught in a marigold selection today…

    Marigold Garuda Deep Gold…

Using marigolds in flower arrangements is not often seen…

Lucille, love all those, especially the second one. I understand that it isn’t easy to get intomflower arranging. I wish I had because I seem to have an instinct for pretty designs and color combinations and I love it.

I could fill my house with flowers and love it. And yet I suck at gardening. Plants hate me.

Good morning, Managerie! I’m not much at plant growing either.

Flower arranging has been a hobby for just about my entire life. Love it. My boss for the 20 years before I retired put me in charge of arranging the flowers he had delivered to his office every Monday. No flower which could be used again the following week would be thrown out. He got to see my handiwork all around the office with the abundance of flowers left from his Monday deliveries. Great fun. I have to say that I never spent a boring day working for him. Very interesting man.

Mornin’ everyone. Thought I would never get online. Don’t know what was wrong. Yesterday was a good day. I went to Walmart to pick up an order, but on the way, I stopped and got a few things from Publix that I noticed weren’t available at Walmart. And, then, on a whim, I stopped at Dollar General and found…………………………TOILET PAPER! It had just come in and they said I could hav as much as I wanted. 🙄 It was soooo exciting.

But, then, when I got home, I talked to the young man next door. He and his wife had two young children who are of school age. He got laid off as soon as all this started. He worked in a warehouse. She is still working, thank goodness. She works for UPS or some delivery company. They are so worried. He is taking all this very hard. He wants to work. And, he is having a rough time being home with the children, since he isn’t used to it and doesn’t know how to entertain them since he doesn’t have a place to play ball with them. They just moved down here before all this started and he was used to living among family and lifelong friends. He is very lonely.

Morning Aus, I will pray for the sweet family, can’t they play catch outside by their apartment? Does Florida have a stay inside order?

They do go out and play catch. We live in an apt complex that is pretty large. There are a lot of open grassy spaces. I think he was wanting to not only play catch, but hit a baseball. Right here, we are a little too close for that. You never know when one might go through a window. There is an open space they went to, but he was overwhelmed by the heat. They had just moved down here in the winter, which is very mild, and probably went out into an open field on one of our already hot, humid days. He is from Pennsylvania. Not used to the heat yet.

Truth is, too many people are not used to raising their children. Too many generations have been brought up being put in daycare from birth, practically, and weren’t actually raised by their parents.

Let’s hope Ron DeSantis can open up the state asap and this young man can get back to work. Until then it would be so wonderful if he could find a way to help his children make some great memories which will last throughout adulthood. I pray he makes this choice.

The dictatorial powers of many governors have been terribly destructive to citizens. Not to be able to get in your car and go to a park is so anti-American. I hope there are millions of lawsuits against governors and other despots when this is all over.

Idaho is having a bunch of folk who are feeling their power and loving to wield it…

The problem is that Meridian (a Boise suburb) is the epicenter of the virus in Idaho. But handcuffing the mother rather than giving her a ticket or whatever is beyond the pale.

I think we all know we are being lied to. It is just hard to decide who is telling some truth and who is lying all the time. My own personal opinion is that the hydroquoniquin actually works. They are trying to discourage it’s use because if we have something to treat this virus with we won’t necessarily need the vaccine so badly. And, they are scaring us with deaths that are counted as COVID-19 when many of them are from other things.

I actually think they are trying to kill a bunch of birds with one COVID-19 stone, if you get my drift. They are trying to set up control over us, scare us into submission, put who-knows-what in the vaccine they want to force us to take, and have us carry an ID to show that we are compliant. All of this along with changing voting so they can apply voter fraud better and more successfully.

If this sounds like I am into a really wild conspiracy theory…………..well, I have to own up to it. I am.

    Evenin’ Stella, Stellars.
Been quite awhile, glad to see a lot of the regulars out and about. Love the Good News post you have Stella, much needed. And, the beauty in your headings. You always have had a good eye.

Saw a few locals out at the neighbors today, and thought I’d pop in and say “hey”. Still alive. Still in California, just above Placerville on Hwy 50.

Y’all take care, and Stellar on.
