My friend went to the beach for a week, came home for a couple of days, and then had to go away for a few days with another friend who needed cancer treatments. Her cat was pretty angry with her when she came back. But, the cat started going out to play and after about 20 min. would come back in, jump up on her armrest, lay her head on my friend’s chest and purr like crazy for 15 min. She did this about 15 times. It was like she kept checking to see if her mama was still there, and please to find she was.
