If APPLE are refusing to unlock phones.. at least in cases such as this with GOOD “probable cause” that they contain evidence of impending terrorism, and if “something happens” that could have been (possibly) averted or lessened with access to the phone… Then I would say Apple could be sued for billions and or Apple directors face criminal charges.

Were one a cynical person, one would suspect Barr to be pulling a Comey, re-directing the public’s ire at FBI missing all the terrorist social media postings of the Saudi nationals, to focus on Apple rather than FBI.

After all, if FBI had actually vetted the Saudi nationals before allowing entry into our country, and then continued monitoring them, FBI would have seen terrorism from these guys before the killings.

And what good is using the phone data after the guys are already dead? Especially when we know the Israelis hacked the Apple phone security for the San Bernadino killings?

Were one a cynical person, that is.

Suing Apple is a good idea, anyway. There is no reason for Apple not to turn over non-citizen data, when Apple regularly turns over citizen data.

great pics btw, thx does Elton also play the bagpipes, one wonders?
