CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Whale tusk stops London Bridge attacker

Amazing story of bravery by citizens who happened to witness the attack.

THE GUARDIAN

One man was armed with a fire extinguisher and another a 5ft narwhal tusk as people at the scene surrounded the attacker, who was eventually pinned to the ground.

Scotland Yard is investigating how 28-year-old Usman Khan was able to launch the attack in London Bridge, despite being known to the authorities and fitted with an electronic tag to monitor his movements. He was allowed out a year ago after serving time for his part in a plot to blow up the London Stock Exchange.

In footage that has since emerged, Khan is sprayed with a fire extinguisher, while another man tries to suppress the assailant with a narwhal tusk – a long pointed tooth from a type of whale – lunging at him. It is believed the item was pulled from the wall of Fishmongers’ Hall, a Grade II-listed building on London Bridge, by a Polish chef called Łukasz.

Their bravery is even more impressive when you consider that the attacker was wearing what was thought to be a suicide vest.

Terrible that this scum was allowed out of prison to kill innocents. Thank God for the brave men who brought him down and the policeman who dispatched him.

Khan chose his life and now deservedly resides in hell.

Imprisonment in Europe isn’t necessarily what it is here. Think Norway where the maximum civilian imprisonment is 21 years. Mix that with the EU Club Fed environment and generous progressive parole and it ain’t as bad there.

Don’t forget, this is Great Britian, the country that refused to prosecute the Muslim men who groomed and raped British girls because they were afraid of being called racist.

And stifles the reports of Moslem slashings with razors/shards of glass or beatings of non-Moslems by Moslems for much the same reason. Sorta like hoping your cat will stop peeing on the curtains if you ignore it long enough.

The young man, Jack Merritt, who Khan killed was a presenter in one of Khan’s rehabilitation classes.

Jack Merritt’s dad instead of honoring his son by trying to stop the madness of Muslim immigration has instead chosen to “virtue signal” and in my opinion spit on his son’s life.

“As debate raged over Khan being paroled after serving only half of his 16-year sentence for plotting to blow up Westminster Abbey and other landmarks, David Merritt said his son would have supported the prisoners, tweeting he “would not wish his death to be used as the pretext for more draconian sentences or for detaining people unnecessarily.”

    Absolutely sickening.
