They just don’t give up.

Not surprising. FTA:

Former National Security Advisor Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn’s defense attorney filed a motion Wednesday to compel the government to turn over a trove of documents, recordings, internal texts, emails and notes that the defense believes will vindicate Flynn, while at the same time revealing the ‘egregious’ behavior of government prosecutors.

I would love to have more money every month but, honestly, where will it come from?

Agreed, Greta!

It is not understandable.

Charlie’s prayer.

Have a great day!

Good bunch today! Warren will never get extra money for seniors, b/c Congress can’t even make
themselves increase the cap on deductions from earnings to save social security.

That is exactly what the Democrats have proposed. Democrats want to raise the taxable amount of earnings from $130,000 to $400,000, and increase the withholding tax to 7.2%.
My understanding is that has already been proposed as a bill, but that may be incorrect.

Democrats never met an income that they do not want to tax.

In Charlie’s Bible quote from I Corinthians 10:13, “testing” may also be translated as “temptation”, (which I prefer and 46 out of 60 English translations have it as temptation…the other 14 are either “test or “trial”). THE VOICE version says: “Any temptation you face will be nothing new. But God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can handle. But He always provides a way of escape so that you will be able to endure and keep moving forward.”

This is a pretty hard verse, actually. Knowing our strengths and weaknesses is vital. We’ve all flunked when it comes to temptations. However, we might take from this verse that God is in essence saying to us when we’re faced with a choice, “You’ve got this. Look at the path away from temptation I’ve provided. Take it.”

But when we do fall to temptation, God is there to pick us up–EVERY time we confess and ask for forgiveness with a sincere desire to find ways to strengthen our revolve.
