    This man’s YouTube channel is fascinating…lots of historical subjects…he’s a school teacher who resides in Sicily but is presently touring our East Coast…I’ve become addicted to his channel…love his Brit accent over the Italian…LOL!

      As I’ve said before, we’re so lucky to be here. We can’t possibly fully comprehend the statistical possibility of our being here breathing.

      The plague was one thing but for hundreds of years there were bands of brigands wandering both England and the mainland, and they destroyed more than a few farms and villages – residents included. There were wars, famines various and sundry diseases. In England there were Vikings and on the mainland Vikings, the Huns and the Mongols as well as warring factions from every city state.

      When you look at the combinations of murderous groups, disease, famine and assorted other things that make people then dead…what are the chances any of us would be here today?

        European immigrants to Colonial America came from hardy risk taking stock. Sailing across the Atlantic…I wonder if anyone has ever tried to determine the percentage of people that left Europe and the percentage that made it to the Colonies…or even how many ships left and how many arrived…how many were lost at sea?

        I’ve never been on a boat that traveled long distances and so I have no actual experience of being out on the ocean with no land in sight, just that endless water and waves. It must have been somewhat intimidating to be in ships perhaps twice the length of the 45-50 footers I’ve been on along the California coast. Adventurous and courageous folk.

          And the numbers who died here trying to establish lives.

          I never really had a grasp of the ships they sailed in until the late 80s when full-size replicas used to sail into NOLA and we could go on board. I felt uneasy being on those ships on the river while they were tied to the docks, nevermind being out on the large and wavy Atlantic. They were small, CROWDED, no privacy, would be beached by the Coast Guard as a pleasure craft today and people crossed the ocean in them on a weeks-long trip. Ugh.

        Czar, we won the lottery by being born here. Vikings were running rampant thru out Europe until 1066. Remember Stanford Bridge? The last English King Harold solve that problem.
        You forgot the warming trend in Europe. This caused the explosion in the Birth rate, and growing grain, corn….
        The Black Plague is back in this country, some areas of the south west, west coast…….
        To answer Lucille’s question, my guessiment is 70% reached our shores.

          Ahhhh yes, the Medieval Warming Period from ~900 to 1300, when grapes were grown in Europe 300 miles farther north than they are now and it was warm enough for the Vikings to colonize Greenland. Followed by the Little Ice Age from about 1650 to 1850’60ish.

          Most climate change ‘experts’ ignore those, especially the warming period, as they don’t fit the ‘man made paradigm’ being pushed now. Much easier to push a world social control agenda by making what’s happened before naturally by making it now our fault.

          As for the black plague, why we had that in NOLA this weekend, every prime figure in the BGI, BLM and ‘We Want More Free Stuff’ movements you can imagine.

    Nothing screams guilty louder than an unsolicited declaration of innocence.

    This is downright amazing.

    Former President Bill Clinton released a statement on Monday night:

    “President Clinton knows nothing about the terrible crimes [Epstein] pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago, or those with which he has been recently charged in New York,” the statement said.

    “In 2002 and 2003, President Clinton took a total of four trips on Jeffrey Epstein’s airplane: one to Europe, one to Asia, and two to Africa, which included stops in connection with the work of the Clinton Foundation,” the statement added. “Staff, supporters of the foundation, and his Secret Service detail traveled on every leg of every trip. He had one meeting with Epstein in his Harlem office in 2002, and around the same time made one brief visit to Epstein’s New York apartment with a staff member and his security detail. He’s not spoken to Epstein in well over a decade, and he has never been to Little St. James Island, Epstein’s ranch in New Mexico, or his residence in Florida.”

    The Clintons are falling apart.

        His statement is a big mistake. It’s now a legal document. I really can’t get my mind around the idea that the Clinton’s are receiving bad counsel. Bill and Hillary’s ability to adapt and lie, the MSM love affair with them and good counsel is what has allowed their criminal conduct to prosper.

        They have lost 2 out of the three and their ability to lie and adapt is going to falter without the support of the other two,

    You may have heard that Epstein has three passports. I had never heard of that before, wondered if it is legal (it is), and also wondered why. Found this article:
