2020 Census forms will NOT include citizenship questions …

I postponed writing about this, but apparently it is true that the general 2020 census will not ask about citizenship status. At least, it seems that the forms are being printed without it.

Very sad, and wrong, in my opinion.

I refuse to use news sources like CNN, the New York Times and Washington Post, or tweets from leftie Congressmen and Senators. Did see this, and I wondered about it. Perhaps the left is declaring victory a bit prematurely.

Very interesting.

When I heard this on the news, my first thought was “oh, darn” and then I wondered what POTUS has planned. 🙄 So evidently we really don’t know for sure what is going on.

I think I read somewhere today that they can put out a supplement to the forms later if they want. So, when I read this, I wondered if the two were connected.

How about quitting having the census altogether if the purpose isn’t to count citizens and aliens for the purposes of gaining/losing Congressional seats to represent AMERICANS. I know it’s in the Constitution, but the present-day iteration certainly doesn’t conform to the intent of the Founders and Constitutional signatories. https://www.census.gov/

    Facts I learned from Heritage:

President Thomas Jefferson first proposed a citizenship question in 1800. It was added to the census in 1820 with a question that asked for the number of “foreigners not naturalized” in the household.

The United Nations recommends that its member countries ask a citizenship question on their census surveys, and countries ranging from Australia to Germany to Indonesia all ask this question. Only in the U.S. is this considered at all controversial.

And only by those who want to cheat in elections. We know what they’re protesting it for.

Trump Tweeted this morning that he has told the DOJ to get the question on the form. I think all Citizens are in favor of this, and only the Progressive Fascist Democrats are not for clearly obvious reasons.
