    While I was unable to get across the pond, we do have this out near Rancho el Gordito.

      Great idea! Now I have a thought on what to do with those batches of shortbread that don’t quite come out right.

      We’ve been talking about marking the winter/summer solstices in the yard for years now…still talking about it.
