    OMG I’m nearly choking as I laugh. I hadn’t seen this version. His description of who the Dems are running was really funny.

          No sweat, understood, I need all of you folks working to support my multiple Federal retirements.

          BTW, I was at my urgent care center today and they had yet another NP in training, doing that practicum. Gettin’ harder and harder to get GPs in practice, every new grad wants to be a specialist, that’s where the big $$$$$$$$$ are.

          Everyone wants to lead the band, no one wants to play the tuba. Then again we’re a very medically underserved area, we have about 6 NPs/PAs for each MD. Then there’s my big city clinic where the doctor-owned hospital has two MDs and one’s ghetting ready to retire, looks like he’ll be replaced by a NP/PA too but I’m betting that’s a cost savings matter.
