Stella wasn’t very good in puppy school. She like the socializing – with the people! – but she wasn’t great on the leash walking etc.

Our dog was a Shepard mix. Mixed with a wolf if the lady who was going to dump him and his litter mates in the woods is to be believed. He was very very protective and didn’t like other dogs or people coming near my mom. He was about 6 months old when she took him to classes at our local public park. She was asked not to return because he pulled a mouthful of hair out of a sheepdog that got too close to my mom for his comfort. Thankfully he didn’t get a chance to bite the body of the dog because my mom pulled him away just in time.
