Here is what is going on. Apparently there was a “stop work” order, but that has now been lifted.

    I’ll bet this won’t be the last ‘stop work’ order they’ll get, this is a project ripe for suits by progs trying to flood the country with el dross.

    I’ll bet right now that there are progs out there digging thru files to look for reasons to get more orders. Water issues, endangered species, Federal migratory game, you name it. The requests for the orders don’t have to have real grounds, they just have to delay and increase the project’s cost until a sympathetic Congress (or court) ends it.

        Bad thing is that many Federal laws don’t care if it’s private property. The case here locally about the Feds demanding that property owners not doing anything on or with their privately owned swamp property because a Fed agency MIGHT decide in the unstated future to place an endangered frog on it comes immediately to mind.

        I’m just conjecturing on what areas the Open Borders folk might be digging in to look for delaying tactics. all they have to do is keep going to court to get injunctions and delay for time.

    I love seeing this. I wonder what happened with the Mayor of the New Mexico city that had stopped this. The wall looks fabulous and the owner of the company doing the work knew what he was talking about. He should meet with President Trump.

      The work was temporarily halted because of incomplete paperwork. That was corrected. Brian said the council/whatever was very cooperative. That way it shouldn’t cause problems later on.
      Excellent presentation of the fantastic work that is being done!
