He is telling lies. They don’t know it was the Russians who hacked the Clinton computers, they don’t even know if they were hacked because the Dems wouldn’t let them investigate the computers. They don’t know that Wikileaks info came from the Russians. Assange said it didn’t and we suspect it was from that guy, Seth Rich, that was murdered. He is just trying without saying it outright that the Pres. is probably, maybe, could be, guilty (of something).

Opinion of friends is that this is his nod to Congress to proceed with impeachment. ‘I can’t charge, but you can’ seems to be the message.

Yep.

On FOX, they just said that his statement is almost exactly the same as the statement that Comey made about Hillery, listed all the bad things and said they couldn’t charge. 👿

Perhaps this has to do with
De-Classifying

I think he didn’t like that Barr said there was no collusion when Mueller actually wanted to leave it open to innuendo.

Sounds to me that he is trying to blacken the President’s reputation. Says they wouldn’t say whether or not the President committed a crime because he can’t be charged, as I understand what he is saying.
My comment: They didn’t charge ANYONE either on President Trump’s team during the election, or in the White House. They aren’t protected, yet no crimes were found.

That is EXACTLY what he was doing. There can be no coverup if there is no crime. He wanted to reiterate that they did not actually say the President was innocent. Just more fuel for the impeachers.

This is just the visible portion of the rats scurrying around seeking shelter and protection. Personally, I think they are all dug in the mire so deep they won’t get clear, and I don’t just mean the parties guilty of crimes in this hoax. I mean, the whole party looks so covered in sh!t that many people are backing away from them.
I could be wrong, but that’s my take. Of course, I have no confidence in most of my fellow Americans. Some are the true believer idiots, but more are just ignorant or don’t give a damn.
If the Dems had been less stupid and strident and thrown themselves against the brick wall just a little less, those who really don’t want to be bothered could still be slumbering, but they got rousted, some of them.

There’s no doubt the little turd kicked the cat on the way outta the door. His entire ‘talk’ was designed to fire up Congress and the MSM, Congress wasn’t his target alone, he needed to fire up the liberal media to fuel speculation, fire up the Left and keep Congress rolling. He’s done to the 2020 elections what he claims the Russians did in 2016.
In his talk about the 2nd volume he left enough blatant innuendo to give Congress a path and push to impeachment. His saying he would not testify before Congress on anything other than what is in the report and no other background info would be provided was purposely waving a red flag to the Rat infested House. It was a win-win for him and the House, he could refuse under oath and make it seem that he and the investigators were holding info that would implicate the President but couldn’t release or just hand over the raw info and let the House use it to create a dog’s dinner. To me it looks like his plan is to keep the coup rolling thru the election and influence it.
Mueller seemed to have an unsteady voice during his talk, making me wonder what was going on, he’s used to public speaking so why the wavering in his voice/delivery? This guy’s slimier that a sewer rat and I get the feeling he WANTED to find evidence against Trump and his staff but couldn’t so he’s peeing in the pool on the way out. He pretty well left the situation as muddy as it was when he came in, he acted less like an independent council than he did an investigator for the prosecution, he’s just handed the inquisition over to Congress.

I think he peed in the pool when he turned over the report. This time he left a giant turd in the pool.

Re: your observation, wavery voice – that is an excellent observation and point, thank you. Which makes one wonder – is Mueller refusing to testify outside the parameters of the Mueller Dossier b/c Mueller has no earthly idea what else was going on in this investigation? What are the odds Mueller does not even know the background info behind the words in the Mueller Dossier?
The wavery voice would seem to confirm that. Some people do advance toward infirmity faster than others, especially those who preferred cocktail parties with their desk jobs rather than a dedication toward physical and mental fitness.

I’m wondering if a combination of pressure from the Left and a dislike of Trump is pushing him into yet another game. Listen to how he says that he won’t testify in front of Congress or provide information other than what’s in the report, it’s as if he daring…no, baiting… Congress to subpoena him. His entire demeanor virtually begs a Terry stop, ‘up against the wall you slimy, suspicious SOB’.

I noticed this also. Did you notice the one word he said bravely, clearly, firmly and self righteously ? Indictment. What a POS.

I don’t trust the guy, his delivery was wooden, badly controlled and made me think of a skell caught in a business after hours trying to explain why he was there.

My take on this
If Mueller found the slightest bit of collusion/crime etc against President Trump he would have shouted it from the rooftops
How pathetic are they to keep the harassment of an American President on false pretenses with no evidence still rolling

In essence, Mueller is calling Barr a liar. So much for friendship. This should be an indicator to Barr that this guy has played at being a friend for 20+ years because it was politically expedient. Just because Mueller’s wife attends Bible study with Barr’s wife doesn’t mean that Mueller is a man of integrity and faith.
Mueller is a fake, a phony, a corrupt manipulator of facts and a scared, nervous old man who–in addition to his immortal soul–better start worrying about how he’ll look in orange.

Mueller’s body language just screams lying. About nearly everything.
Mueller did not write that statement. Reading the entire thing, looking to his left (lying), and stumbling over words indicates that, among many other “tells.”.
The entire premise of Mueller’s first statement is a lie. FBI never had control of the DNC servers. FBI therefore has zero knowledge of the status and activity on those servers. NSA has NO records of emails being taken by “Russians,” nor of anything being sent to Wikileaks. No puter guy would ever accept Mueller’s words, and do not, actually.
The second volume was based on the redacted portion of Rosenstein’s memo. Mueller just told us what was behind that redaction. From whom did Mueller obtain his authority to unredact that?
Mueller also called AG Barr and Rosenstein liars. That ought to go over well. Some “friend” of AG Barr.
This is nothing more than another blatant attempt to smear and dirty Pres Trump, while concurrently protecting the guilty, who are the DOJ/FBI and Intel Community, both ours and our “friends” (with friends like this, who needs enemies?).
Robert Mueller will never render anything truthful. Mueller’s entire tenure in DOJ and FBI proves that. Wonder how much of Mueller’s military service is true? Regardless, Mueller is NO Marine. That I know first-hand.
Btw, Mueller made a big point of stressing that he, Mueller, and his committee would have no more to say publicly about this investigation. Watch Mueller’s body language. Dead give-away – Mueller & team have ever intention of continuing their leaking to Fake News and Congress.
wonder is destruction of one’s integrity is worth all this. could you live with yourself? not me

I didn’t watch the video yet but I did read some of his words. Mueller broke every ethic of an attorney, of a prosecutor.
A prosecutors job is to seek justice. It is legal malpractice to do what Mueller did.
It is beyond comprehension that a prosecutor would say he did not find a crime but he can not clear the defendant.
Dang. I can’t find the specific comment right now but this is by any measure of the law prosecutorial misconduct.
He said something about not being able to find a crime, you don’t find a crime, that is not the American judicial system. A crime is committed and you prosecute it everything else is BS. Garbage. Absolute garbage.
They’re all going to hang, this is absolute desperation.
Gotta see what the big boys are saying about this crap.
I bet Desrh is having a cow.

Robert Mueller This volume includes a discussion of the Trump campaign response to this activity as well as our conclusion that there was insufficient evidence to charge a broader conspiracy.
Insufficient evidence = No indictment because the defendant(s) would be found not guilty under the full measure of the law.
What a filthy bastard.
Robert Mueller If we had confidence that the President clearly did not commit a crime we would have said so. We did not however make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime.
I’m sorry but what Fu*()@^&#* legal standard is Mueller setting ?? Legally you never ever have “evidence” that a crime wasn’t committed you have to prove that a crime was committed. Period. This is dark ages stuff.
Not letter of law defamation, as the swipe is simply too abstract and President Trump is obviously a very public figure, but definitely without a doubt, this is black law.
Go to hell Bob Mueller and take all your filthy team with you.
The whole charging the president with a crime was not an option BS was sheer smoke and mirrors garbage. As others have said and Mueller himself said others could be charged. Since no one else was charged simple reason tells us that no crime was committed.
Nock your arrows and dip them in flaming oil.

Simply put, Muller said that the investigation concluded that there was not a broader conspiracy (to use his words) but that he couldn’t be 100% sure that there wasn’t a conspiracy to conceal the fact that there wasn’t a conspiracy.
Laughable.
Ridiculous.
Foolhardy.
Garbage.

I knew Dersh would have a cow over Mueller’s foulness.
The statement by special counsel Robert Mueller in a Wednesday press conference that “if we had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime we would have said that” is worse than the statement made by then FBI Director James Comey regarding Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential campaign. Comey declared in a July 2016 press conference that “although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive highly classified information.”
Until today, I have defended Mueller against the accusations that he is a partisan. I did not believe that he personally favored either the Democrats or the Republicans, or had a point of view on whether President Trump should be impeached. But I have now changed my mind. By putting his thumb, indeed his elbow, on the scale of justice in favor of impeachment based on obstruction of justice, Mueller has revealed his partisan bias. He also has distorted the critical role of a prosecutor in our justice system.
Virtually everybody agrees that, in the normal case, a prosecutor should never go beyond publicly disclosing that there is insufficient evidence to indict. No responsible prosecutor should ever suggest that the subject of his investigation might indeed be guilty even if there was insufficient evidence or other reasons not to indict. Supporters of Mueller will argue that this is not an ordinary case, that he is not an ordinary prosecutor, and that President Trump is not an ordinary subject of an investigation. They are wrong. The rules should not be any different.

Dershowitz: Shame on Robert Mueller for exceeding his role
LikeLiked by 3 people
Glad to see Dershowitz made a stand here. He’s the last vocal liberal in America.
Other libs are afraid of their shadows and refuse to speak out in favor of the rule of law or against the ridiculous stands of all the DIMS running for the Dem Presidential nomination. Libs view the Constitution as a living document which is in need of revising but they still do believe in following the rules and the law for making changes to that document.
Lefties like Nadler don’t believe in anything except their need to be power brokers for the feds. They are in favor of chucking the entire wordage in favor of another constitution which gives the federal government more power over the people with just a short skip to becoming the ruler of the people.
When Dersh began speaking out several years back, I thought other libs would gain courage from such an eminent man’s stand. Alas not. Yet he keeps on speaking. Good on him!

I am so impressed with Dersh. Still waiting for his true epiphany…
