    • So sweet! I listened to the music you shared with me yesterday morning, to help me sleep. Thank you. I found this as well 👇🏻 and both together worked wonders!

P.S. So glad the music worked. It does wonders. Whether I need it or not, my bedside CD player is turned on every night…usually something by Liquid Mind.

        • It does. I’m making other lifestyle changes. I’ve started doing a 16/8 intermittent fast, so I only eat between 7 am and 3 pm and eat very healthy foods. And I’m trying to make sure and get two good walks in each day. I think it’s making a big difference in how I feel physically and with reducing stress.

You are so right about walking being a great stress reliever. Walking was always my most relaxing exercise and helped in winding down.

When I first moved to L.A. I couldn’t afford a car, so lived within walking distance of the office. Walked to and from work–around 10 blocks each day for two years. Then we moved to Century City–the business park created out of the old back lot of 20th Century Fox which includes a shopping center, the Century Plaza hotel, and now many other buildings and restaurants, where I went out for a walk every lunchtime. Over the years I had other jobs where I walked to and from work.

Vacations where walking was easy was always a priority, too…the first time going to Hawaii I stayed on Waikiki Beach, Oahu and had great fun exploring.

Up until two years ago I was still walking a lot and miss it like crazy.

            • I loved working out at the gym when I was a young woman, but due to a hip condition, my options for exercise are much reduced. I would swim, if I could find a private pool that used a non-chlorine product to clean the water, like a salt pool. I can use my stationary recumbent bike, if I could make myself sit that long. LOL! Walking is the best option for me, for the time being, but someday my hip will again prevent it and require yet another surgery. Ahhh well…. 🙂

    Tragedy Tomorrow, Comedy Tonight
    By Clarice Feldman

I think there are a number of factual errors in the Mueller report which, if he ever testifies, might be more edifying than watching Cohen eat chicken. Here are just two. I still cannot understand how, when no government agency examined the DNC servers, he could possibly conclude the leaks from it were the result of Russian hacking as opposed to a download by someone with internal access to it.

More significant is the very basis for the investigation itself. Purportedly the investigation was triggered by George Papadopoulos’ conversations, not just the now thoroughly discredited Steele Dossier. At the Senate hearing the attorney general disclosed that Alexander Downer, a former Australian diplomat, was the source of the information, which, we are told, was the trigger for the investigation. While this had been reported earlier, this is the first time the government has publicly acknowledged Downer’s role. As for the information from Downer, it seems to me the conversation was thrown in to buttress the predicate for the entire witch-hunt, the Dossier clearly being an inadequate basis. Barr seems to agree:

Barr suggested in his testimony that he has concerns with the FBI’s rationale for opening the investigation based on the Aussie tip.

“I would have to see exactly what the report was from Downer, the Australian Downer, and exactly what he quoted Papadopoulos as saying,” Barr told Durbin.

“But from what you just read, I’m not sure what the correlation was between the Russians having dirt and jumping to the conclusion that that suggested foreknowledge of the hacking.” …

Mueller/Weissman didn’t conclude it…they put it in the hoax report KNOWING IT WAS A LIE. Satan isn’t called the Father of Lies for nothing.

John 8:44: “You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.”

Whoah…a very sobering indictment from our Lord.

Yes, we are all sinners…and hopefully spiritually convicted, confessed and repentant ones. We all have put out with exaggerations and lies, usually to make ourselves seem better or more pure in motive. When we tell untruths, however, let us be reminded who is inspiring the lie.

Mueller and his crew of assassins have much to answer for and repent of.

That depends on what your definition of conclude is 😎.

Team Mueller decided it was an acceptable foregone conclusion that it could continue to foist on Americans. So it was added to the report as an unassailable concluded piece of the Russian Hoax puzzle.

This in many ways is a good thing. Team Clinton/Obama continue to fight as if we live in a pre-President Trump world.

          Good.

Holy Cow! We just had a storm come across. It was pretty extreme. The trees and bushes were going around in circles and flopping back and forth. Usually that means a tornado is somewhere not too far off. And, now, it is calm. Hm. Scary.

When I lived in Washington the local cable stations included many that did nothing but play music 24/7. I usually chose the New Agey type channel because it’s peaceful and could be used as background music while reading. With each selection there would be a description of who the artist was and what the title and/or album it was from. One day I heard this song, made note of the artist and song title, and subsequently bought the CD. Dulin writes and performs his own music.

I watched Mike Huckabee today and he had a man on named Gene Ho who is a photographer. This man took the pictures at Trump rallies. His stories are so interesting. He tells what it was like to photograph Trump through the rallies and he ties the stories to the Bible. I haven’t read the book yet, but I am going to.

The title of the book is Trump-ography: How Biblical Principles Paved the Way to the American Presidency. And, of course, they have it at Amazon and you can read a sample of the pages there.

    lilbirdee12’s prayer:

Our Heavenly Father, Your children come to you tonight to ask for healing and peace throughout our country so that we may return to being One Nation Under God. Guide us to be leaders in Your Kingdom, spreading Your Love and Salvation to all. Forgive us our sins and deliver us from evil.

Lord, we ask for a blanket of protection over all our troops and law enforcement who serve to defend and protect us. Bless our representatives with the strength and wisdom they need to achieve the path You have chosen for us.

Please place Your Guardian Angels of Protection around Donald Trump and Mike Pence and their families as they seek to lead America back to You.

Grant us patience, Lord, as the evil ones try to anger us and cause us to fall.
Spread blessings over Israel and Netanyahu.

We humbly ask that You please comfort those who are grieving and in pain.
Thank you Father, for Your Love and the gift of Life.

In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.

A prayer for Justice Kavanaugh and Col. Flynn:

    Prayer to St. Michael

    St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle;
be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
    May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do you, O prince of the heavenly host,
    by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan and the other evil spirits
who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.
