I’m seriously considering buying one. I love it. I ordered a hat last night that I saw someone at the rally wearing. My first Trump hat. Can’t wait! Hubby has one, but even in our conservative town, he’s never worn it. He could wear it to the gun range… bunch of those guys love POTUS!

I wear my Trump t-shirt, I wear it enough it is starting to fade, I only had 2 negative responses one was church lady who I know 🙄. the other was a Mexican chap in a parking lot.
I’ve even worn it in Mexican restaurants. People the vast majority of them are not represented by the violent crazies who make the news but I do agree that it is a risk because you never know when you might run into the exception. You have to know what your limits are for personal safety.

I’m glad you haven’t had any issues with wearing it. I have shirts, even a beautiful inaugural one for Trump/Pence, but I don’t wear them outside of the house. Some of that is being really petite and feeling vulnerable. Hubby is always strapped, so I guess if I were with him, it would be okay.

I’m petite also. I also live in one of the most conservative county in WI. But I’ve worn it outside of my home area and pretty much I get either nervous smile or thumbs up.
Any which way I would never suggest someone wear any Trump paraphernalia out in public without a plan in place if they are attacked.
I don’t have a philosophical answer to whether to the larger question of whether or not it does any good. I know Scott Presler is a big fan of not being shy about our commitment to President Trump. I also understand that Presler is a single guy with no spouse, children or grandchildren and that does change the equation.
For me the problem is that I believe that it is indisputable that the rabid anti-Trumpers are in every sense of the word delusional. They cannot be reasoned with if they are attacking you they have to be treated like a rabid dog.
Sad. This is what fake news, politicians, Hollywood and Alinskyesque schooling has made of certain people who share our world. Rabid Trump haters have in many aspects thrown away the grace of freewill and are mostly base reactionary animals especially when they feel cornered and seeing Trump gear makes them feel cornered.
Remember the Vape_shop_Cat? These people are literally deranged.

I saw a post he did not too long ago about being bullied really badly as a kid, but somewhere along the way, he developed really thick skin and it has served him well. Sometimes our hardships make us all the stronger.

Lara Trump said that Don Jr. is the most suited for politics and I think from what we have seen she is right. Don Jr. is funny and quick witted with his father’s cadences of speech and even his mannerisms. He also is very comfortable taking the bus by the horn.

So funny you brought that up! My DD and I had a conversation about Don Jr yesterday, too. I said that he needs to run and she commented on how similar Don Jr and POTUS’s speech patterns are. Funny! I like him. He’s very dynamic and like his father, he takes no crap or Schiff… as the case may be. 😉

My best guess is that he won’t run for a long time if he does run, he enjoys his life too much. He said his dad was 68 when he ran for president so at 41 he has “a lot of time.” I am so anti family dynasty politics that I do not like the idea of any of the Trumps running- that said I also am a realist and understand what an asset another Trump unmoored by conventional loyalties and politics could be for the country.

I am normally opposed to the family dynasty issue, but he’s the one exception to that. I think we need to keep the country going in the right direction and I believe he’d keep up that momentum and progress.
