    How bidnezz be dun out heuh.
    We deal with the Federal Land Bank, about the only folks who’ll finance land out in the sticks. Our interest rates are very competitive with the regular bank ones and as the land bank is a co-op and not a private business all profits are divided equally to the users, amounts depending upon the size of your loan.

    We have about 4 years left on our loan and just came off of a nice short term variable interest rate loan. We called to see what was available for the remaining four years and they offered on that’s 6.30% vice the 6.58 we reverted to. Doesn’t sound like much over 4 years but ir’s an extra payment or two, especially when added to our yearly profit distribution.

    We’re about 50 miles from the Bank so they just will mail the forms to us, no need for us to go down there, and if they need to be notarized we just stop by the court house, they notarize for free. Love it.

      I was utterly amazed when we moved here and found we could get such casual, friendly service. In New Orleans everyone charges $25 for a notarized signature, & they have all that caution like we are about to rip them off.

    The headline for this vid is a tad misleading…the Repub minions leave it to McConnell at the very end to put out with a mild rebuke, but still it’s interesting to see who McConnell picks to get media face-time…He’s definitely grooming Iowa’s Joni Ernst and Indiana’s Todd Young…

    We already know that this bill protecting the lives of babies born alive during abortions was defeated…for now. Hopefully/prayerfully it will be brought to a full vote very soon. Thought you’d like to see the sour face of the woman who stood in the way of saving children’s lives…another Catholic who believes she can go against the teachings of the Bible, her church’s doctrine and standards of decency….
