    Schumer is speaking. He’s hard to listen to, but at least he’s back to his judicial and philosophical positions. Rather a nice shift after rape-rape-rape-drunk-beer-temperament etc etc. Blah, blah, blah.

    Murkowski voted against cloture. Can’t wait to see her voted out. Must be her “McCain moment”.

    Other news: Senator Steve Daines of Montana says he will fly to Washington tomorrow (his daughter is being married) to vote if necessary.
