Well, I had to look up a yeezy! Go Kanye. Lead your people out of slavery, because slavery of the mind is one hell of a lot worse than the other kind.
So many blacks sacrificed their lives to taste a few moments of freedom and now so many sacrifice their freedom for what? I don’t know what the mindset is that settles for hood life.

Now Kanye is considered a crazy man. All because he refuses to be keep his mind shackled to delusional thinking.

Said by one of my Facebook friends yesterday:
I object to the feminista appropriation of the term “Survivor.” Holocaust survivors aside, my father hid in the brush with a servant in China as the Japanese murdered his entire village burying them all alive after chopping off the penises of the men and the breasts of the women that they caught, and burned down his family compound along with a historic collection of Chinese paintings. My father was a Survivor. Christine Blasey Ford is not. –– Lynn Chu

Life in a Gynocracy
https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2018/09/life_in_a_gynocracy.html
A snippet:
I want you to pay attention to the distortions of language and statistics used to advance the gynocrats’ agenda.
Since when do those accusing others of crimes become “survivors” rather than “accusers”? How you frame your self-description affects views, doesn’t it? If you claimed that someone had raped you, why must we always believe you just because you tag yourself “a survivor”? Do we do this with those who claim to have been robbed or beaten? “I’m a robbery survivor, so you have to believe me when I say X robbed me.” The shift in language is to message that accusers must always be believed. It is, at heart, based on a gross distortion of statistics…

And you can just imagine how the rest of the world sees this and us. That ugly sewer that is just below the thin crust of our political reality is exposed, that reality that the rest of the world politicians know exists but we try our best to hide.
Europe doesn’t have as much of this problem since WWII when Hitler just took off the gloves and went right to killing his opponents for power. The US seems to be just short of mass killings, the lies, slander, libel, ruining a person’s and his/her family’s lives is the new normal. Obama came close with his trying to instigate a race/religious war and a bolshevik action against police – let’s see what 2020 brings if it looks like a close race.

Very interesting…an observation and excuse me if I seem anti-female here…professor Cleveland defending the woman who did the questioning: “For those thinking Mitchell wasn’t strong enough on Ford, you’re wrong. Her gentle demeanor & allowing Ford to talk revealed A LOT….” Oh, OK, “gentle demeanor” is feminine in its wording…I mean those words would likely not be used to describe a male doing the questioning, right? And is “gentle” what was actually needed?
What is missing here is the realization that this was a “reality” show which was scripted for maximum dramatic effect by the Democrats. The accuser’s testimony was harsh not gentle. Our side coming in all gentle like looked weak and ineffectual to an audience which was the only group which really needed to be impressed…not other prosecutors or those interested in gently eliciting a few extra bits of info which will not get through to the viewer desired by the Dems and thus could be useless as persuasion to view Kavanaugh in a good light.
Dang, this is WAR. It’s not a lovefest. And this was our only chance to question Ford in such a settin. Sweetness and light doesn’t cut it. Being gentle to Ford, IMO, did not help Judge Kavanaugh.
On the other hand, however…the gently-elicited testimony may (and that’s a big MAY!) give the FBI a good starting point depending upon whether the FBI sends some of their Deep Staters or a few patriots to do the investigation. It does look as though Ford will not be questioned again in person or without an attorney present. Does the FBI have he right to write the rules of investigation and demand that a person show up in person without counsel? I don’t know. Doubtful, though.
The second thing I was thinking…when Ford said she ran out of the house after the “assault” occurred, did she stop to pick up her purse? Or did she leave it at the house somewhere? Did someone have to subsequently return it to her? Or did she somehow hold onto her purse during the “attack” and all the moving around she did from going upstairs, walking in the hallway, to the bedroom where she supposedly was pushed, and then after escaping into a bathroom, then running downstairs and outside? And I can’t believe she did not have a purse which carried her comb, lipstick, keys, maybe a wallet with money, school ID, etc.
Purses were important to me when I was a teenager and leaving it behind anywhere would have been very concerning. I would definitely have gone back perhaps the next day with a family member driving me to pick up my possession.
LikeLiked by 4 people
All good points. It is hard to see which way the questioning will be accepted by individual persons. The Dems will use it either way. However, I saw Lindsey Graham on Maria Bartiromo this morning and he says there is going to be an investigation into how this woman was treated by the Dems. Some ugly things could be exposed…….soon……without making the Reps look bad, I believe.

One more item…Ford said that the boys’ laughter remained in her hippowhatever for the rest of her life. Perhaps this is the key that triggered her descent into falling behind at school when she was 15, caused her to fear relationships, especially with boys, etc.
Maybe she was already unpopular despite her (perhaps) previous sexual activity and some boys (not Kavanaugh and Judge) did push her around, maybe try to take off her clothing as a joke, all the while derisively laughing at her discomfort. The laughter seems to be outsize in her memory; so it is a quite important point of her story. Being laughed at is a very big thing for a teenage girl.
I’d wager that her psychological problems started prior to her 15th year, however.
LikeLiked by 1 person
Remember Ford has a doctorate of Psychology and practiced psychology before she taught it, heck she may still have a practice (though I doubt it) . Anyhow – shrinks are privy to all kinds of personalities, coping mechanisms, oddities and strange venues of processing trauma.
I imagine that a client once told her that the laughter of his or her assailant was imbued in their mind forever and Ford put it in her quiver as if it were her own memory.
Just my guess.

I agree with you about the purse – good observation! I disagree with you about harshly questioning Ms Ford. Nothing to be gained there. More pointed questions would have been helpful though.
LikeLiked by 2 people
I don’t think harsh would have worked either, but I do think a bit more aggressive could have been tried. The questioner had no way of knowing which tack would work; so it’s possible that’s always her demeanor with females. It wouldn’t, of course, be that way with males.
If many of us without legal backgrounds can think up questions which Mitchell could/should have asked, it makes me think she might have done a much better job. But, hey, she’s in her position and all the legal expertise in my background is working on film contracts.

I still always carry a purse. Those “necessities” are no longer needed, now it’s allergy meds & TUMS for Czar, and various things I’m sure I cannot live without like business cards, cell phone, eyebrow pencil for emergency touch ups, a pen, keys of course. Women’s clothes often did not have, & still doesn’t have pockets. Had to wear skirts that touched the chair seat when you kneeled on it in 9th grade but by 12th we were pulling them down & slouching to cover enough to not get sent home. Also lived in Miami & we allowed to wear sandals but they had to have a strap in the back. No pants or shorts. Had to wear those horrible one piece white gym suits, tho. Graduated in 1967.

Punk Rock was the “cool” alternative music when I was a teenager. I lied a bit of it but not much. I went to a Gary Newman concert because my friend wanted to go. Got invited to an after party with Gary in a hotel. We left (I dragged my friend out) when a girl with the crew laid down on the bed and spread eagle. I was so dull I didn’t know what was happening and thought I had a major problem with my eyes. My first and only symptom for a while was eyes that were itchy and red. I never even thought about allergies but that was the simple diagnosis. And antihistamines work wonders 🙂 .

I can understand that. My nose ran, my throat was often sore, my face hurt, my head hurt, I had headaches, I ran fevers for no reason, my eyes itched and ran, and so many things. Back then, you didn’t go to an allergist. Allergies were considered a psychological problem sometimes. Finally, in my 30’s things got so bad I went to an allergist and ended up taking allergy shots which evidently helped a lot. I don’t take them anymore and I have some slight problems, but nothing too difficult to deal with.

Fit perfectly in the back pocket of jeans and I don’t remember ever losing it. I did forget it and if my folks were out of town I had to climb up about 8 feet ti the first story windows and push out the small portion of screen that was already broken out by my previous entries to climb in through a window.
We lived in a two flat (both flat) and rented the top floor out, two different tenets, both friends of the family so sometimes I would go through their flat and down the back stairs to the interior door in the back of our flat which was always unlocked.

Oh, lovely! This made me nearly fall off my chair in merriment: “Feminine product went in the sock.” That would have been REAL uncomfortable in my day, because we all used pads.
There weren’t even dispensers in the school bathrooms for anything else. And shopping malls weren’t invented yet. So the lack of modernity in the department stores of the bigger towns around our small one limited selection also. Many of the shops in our dairy town didn’t even have public lavs.
Still, I look back on my life during girlhood as being some of happiest days ever.

P.S. and the pads all had to be secured by small safety pins contained in the cardboard boxes…no sticky tape (doubt THAT was even invented yet, either).

Something very nice about growing up in Chicago is I wasn’t bullied and I really don’t remember any other kids being bullied. We all lived within walking distance of our schools, we all grew up together and we all even though we had our various groups would have fought tooth and nail for each other.
I do remember a couple of isolated incidents but as for a bullying culture, we just didn’t have it, though I remember one of my teachers telling a kid he would slap the sh*t out of him if he ever heard him say something to another boy again.
Imagine what would happen to that teacher in today’s day and age.
Then we had the teacher who when asked about his ethnicity would always say “Red, white and blue, baby” and thump his chest.
Pledge of allegiance every day.
Our Country tis of thee… every day.
A totally different world.
We had the D-row in school. The dumb dumb row. It was used not for stupid kids but for kids who misbehaved. Chewing gum while in class “Go to the dumb dumb row.”
Most of those kids who had that teacher turned out to be productive citizens and when he passed away many of them attributed much of their success to his no nonsense classroom.
His favorite punishment?

It may have been 1968 when I was walking in a crosswalk IN THE RAIN and a van clipped me on the hip. I went sprawling, my beautiful new muted red suede purse flying over into a big puddle. As everyone, including the driver, came rushing over to help, the only thing I was yelling was, “Get my purse out of the puddle!” LOL! True!

I may have actually been treated worse, but my mother was the Placement Director at the college and I think they weren’t too eager to be too ugly.

How does someone tease another about carrying a purse? It seems bizarre to me. Cruel and mean but bizarre.
When my friend snickered about the woman with a purse that didn’t match her shoes we were not in earshot of the woman and we just thought it made our friend seem weird that she even noticed.

Well, even then, I thought they were pretty stupid for even mentioning it. But, they all seemed to conform and I think, without knowing it, I was a total nonconformist. LOL

i’M BAAACCCKKKK!!!!!! ❤ All sunburned and exhausted from leaving the room on board the ship at 7AM and the trip back home. Boy, it's good to be home! And, I am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed with my own pillow tonight. Missed you all so much. 😦 And, I missed my little doggie and I can't pick her up until tomorrow morning.

Welcome back Aus ! Happy to see you! I’m sure Foxy is anxious to see you too. That feeling of laying down in your own bed after being away can’t be beat!
Meanwhile, while you were gone the democrats continue to spiral down the the path of delusional depravity 😏.

Amazingly, I was able to keep up with the situation because they actually carried the FOXNEWS channel on the ship. I got to check it a couple times a day. I actually got my friend, who is a Trump supporter, but not too involved in the politics of things, to watch the Trump rally and then she didn’t want to turn it off. LOL

Where did you go? What cruise line. Was it good?

We went on the Royal Carribean Oasis of the Seas. It is one of the largest cruise ships. They even have a “Central Park” level that is open to the sky and has actual growing trees on it. Cool, but I didn’t think that was very fitting on a cruise ship. It is a beautiful ship but it is so big and there were about 7,000 people on it. I think that is just the passengers. I had wanted to go on a small ship and next time we will. Still, we had a good time.
Our ports were Phillipsburg, St. Marten, San Juan, PR, and Labadee, Haite. These islands were all hard hit by the hurricane and are struggling to come back.

The Latest: Yale friend says Kavanaugh was a heavy drinker
https://www.whec.com/politics/the-latest-white-house-not-micromanaging-kavanaugh-probe/5090504/?cat=565
A former Yale University classmate of Brett Kavanaugh’s says he is “deeply troubled” by what he says has been a blatant mischaracterization by Kavanaugh of his drinking at Yale.
Charles “Chad” Ludington now teaches at North Carolina State University. He says in a statement released Sunday that he was a friend of Kavanaugh’s at Yale and sometimes drank with him.
Ludington described Kavanaugh as “a frequent drinker, and a heavy drinker.” He says that on many occasions he heard Kavanaugh slur his words and saw him stagger from alcohol consumption, and was often belligerent and aggressive when drunk.
Ludington says he plans to speak to the FBI, which has reopened its background investigation of Kavanaugh in light of allegations of sexual misconduct brought against the Supreme Court nominee.

Let them sulk.
There will be hundreds of allegations by Thursday. So what?
The democrats are bleeding votes. I say very little about Sundance because my opinion of him is different than everyone here and I respect that this is Stella’s forum and she likes him. I will just say what I believe to be a factual statement Sundance has been wrong more often thane has been right, he has connected dots that do not exist.
I have not been there in a long time other than once recently when I mistakenly followed a link. So perhaps Sundance is not pessimistic along with the crew he chooses to have there. Could be.
Don’t sweat this.
There is a great awakening in our country. There may be blood in the streets but there is no illusion of what team people are playing for. There is lightness and there is darkness.

So Kavanaugh would think nothing of lying under oath? As a respected judge, it would be abhorrent to him.

Our Heavenly Father, Your children come to you tonight to ask for healing and peace throughout our country so that we may return to being One Nation Under God. Guide us to be leaders in Your Kingdom, spreading Your Love and Salvation to all. Forgive us our sins and deliver us from evil.
Lord, we ask for a blanket of protection over all our troops and law enforcement who serve to defend and protect us. Bless our representatives with the strength and wisdom they need to achieve the path You have chosen for us.
Please place Your Guardian Angels of Protection around Donald Trump and Mike Pence and their families as they seek to lead America back to You.
Grant us patience, Lord, as the evil ones try to anger us and cause us to fall.
Spread blessings over Israel and Netanyahu.
We humbly ask that You please comfort those who are grieving and in pain.
Thank you Father, for Your Love and the gift of Life.
In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.
