For an interesting look at FBI code names, from Fox News:
From ‘Crossfire Hurricane’ to ‘Tin Panda, a look at notable FBI code names
The select group of FBI officials who knew about the case created the nickname “Crossfire Hurricane,” which comes from the Rolling Stones’ 1986 song “Jumpin’ Jack Flash.”
The lyrics say: “I was born in a crossfire hurricane, and I howled at the morning driving rain. But it’s alright now, in fact, it’s a gas. But it’s alright, I’m Jumpin’ Jack Flash.”
Aside from “Crossfire Hurricane,” here’s a look at some other notable FBI code names.

DoD’s got a computer that decides code words for operational names with each service assigned their own letter groups that identify their operational names. The names pop out and are judged for their eye appeai. ‘Opration Enduring Freedom’, two thumbs up. ‘Operation ‘Effluent Filter’ not so much. At least the FBI has a touch of class in their picking system
BTW, Jumping Jack Flash wasvreleased in 1968 by the Stones in ’69 – Aretha released the ’86 version:

And Laura’s shocked that the FISA could be used as a political weapon. Where was she in the period from 1978 to date when people in the know were screaming about the abuse and potentia; abuse of FISA? They were tripped up with Trump – who knows what’s been done thay we haven’t been told about?

I didn’t mean it literally, but in that vein of there’s a long line of Casandras from day one to today the abuse should be no surprise.
