Interesting how the tabloid press is covering Trump’s Davros trip. He’s the first POTUS since Clinton to gnosh with the international money magnates and the first in a long time to have had a real job and made billions with his own two hands. Is this a meeting between international billionaires knocking heads and deciding the world’s money flows that a Businessman/POTUS can use to the country’s benefit? Uhhhhhhh….no. T he main press of the press is Melania’s not going on the trip because, they say, she’s super pissed about the story Trump’s lawyer paid a porn star to keep her mouth shut about sleeping with The Donald. The CNN talking head even said Melania should leave Trump but probably won’t as she’s a whore (OK, she inferred such but if you read her CNN column below tell me I’m wrong).

Recently I was going to post the following about the whole “porn star” thing, and may have, but don’t think so, though I did email a couple of friends who were disturbed by the story….

Someone asked the other day, “Well, what about Trump’s dalliance with the porn star?” I didn’t really have a good answer at the time other than to say it’s a she said/he said situation. But thinking about it later, up came the Scripture verse about not judging other people unless we want to be judged, too, and that we need to remove the log in our own eye before we talk about the speck in someone else’s eye. Does that mean adultery is fine? Of course not! It isn’t a victimless crime. People get hurt.

But I also remembered that one of the ancestors of Our Lord is Rahab. She was the woman who lived in the walls of Jericho and helped the Israelite spies who were in the city to gain knowledge of how to defeat their enemy. She hid the spies on her roof and sent those pursuing them on a wild goose chase. Rahab was a prostitute but chose to believe in the powerful Creator God of the Israelites and was judged worthy by Him and thus her whole family was saved from the ruins of Jericho. A life redeemed by faith.

God uses anyone He chooses to carry forward His plan for a nation. I think the same about our imperfect President. Yes, some of his personal actions of the past aren’t to be emulated any more than our sinful actions should be held up as examples of virtue. But I and millions of others believe he is God’s man for America in this corrupt place and time.

It’s up to us to be examples to both the powerful and powerless on how to live a life of integrity. Remember that log!

Also, I don’t think Melania confides in the media. I didn’t read the links as I’ve got enough information floating around in my brain to last me for quite a while. However, anyone who writes about what Melania is thinking is just giving out with bunk.

She’s known Donald Trump for many years. Does anyone truly believe she’s surprised by much of anything about her husband’s past. Without doubt someone let her in on that original dalliance story years ago. My opinion is that she could care less about the rumor the porn star was paid such a paltry amount to keep her mouth shut. It’s obvious the opposition would have paid a couple of million more to have her make an announcement in prime time.

Great quote by Bibi, “The UN has been a house of slander against Israel and the United States.” Not sure I got that scribe word-for-word correct. Did I hear this correct? If so, this is a viral meme quote.
