This is really disgusting. The Veritas videos dealt with the wheeling and dealing, the money end of this heinous operation, and that was bad enough. These tapes are the type you get from the name in the link – the animals that harvest. Quite a different thing, and a difference I think exponentially increases the level of depravity and of the pure evil that it is in both the acts and the actors

      How horrific.

May 26, 2017 11:18 AM @xan_desanctis Editor’s Note: This post has been updated since its initial publication. Yesterday evening, the Center for Medical Progress undercover footage — recorded at the 2014 and 2015 National Abortion Federation conventions — was removed from YouTube, supposedly for a violation of the site’s Terms of Service agreement. (A copy of the video can be found here. More detailed footage giving context for some of the clips is available here and here.) A few hours later, news emerged that Judge William Orrick — the California district judge who granted NAF and Planned Parenthood’s request for a preliminary injunction to prevent the release of this video footage — had ordered the CMP’s lead investigator David Daleiden and his attorneys to appear at a June 14 hearing to consider holding them in contempt for releasing the footage yesterday morning. According to the attorneys defending CMP — Steve Cooley and Brentford Ferreira — they had the ability to release the footage in conjunction with California’s prosecution of Daleiden and his colleague Sandra Merritt, both of whom are facing 14 felony charges in the state for recording “confidential communications.” More clarification from the attorneys’ PR representative to National Review yesterday: [Calif.] Attorney General Xavier Becerra has entered this footage into the public record by filing a public criminal proceeding based on it. The preliminary injunction obtained by NAF in a federal civil suit cannot bind this State criminal proceeding. (In fact, the SF Superior Court is now releasing certified copies of the court filings to the public with the links to the videos.) It remains unclear, then, how Orrick had the authority yesterday evening to order Cooley and Ferreira to take down the footage and threaten them with contempt charges. National Review is awaiting further clarification from the CMP’s lawyers, and more information is expected later today. Some mainstream media outlets that did not report on the new CMP footage yesterday have posted the AP wire report regarding the possible contempt charges. Other outlets, including the New York Times, NBC, and CNN have yet to report on the latest video at all. More details on the undercover video and the related felony charges against Daleiden and Merritt are available here.

Update May 26, 4:15 p.m.: One of the defense attorneys for David Daleiden and his colleague Sandra Merritt tells National Review that he removed the latest undercover CMP footage from his website around 8 p.m. EST yesterday evening, after he received word that Orrick had determined the release of the footage to be in violation of the preliminary injunction he had issued in the civil case against Daleiden. Orrick’s gag order arose during the case brought against Daleiden by the National Abortion Federation and Planned Parenthood, both of which wanted the court to prevent the release of the undercover footage from the 2014 and 2015 NAF conventions. That case is currently on appeal. Meanwhile, Steve Cooley is one of two attorneys representing Daleiden and Merritt in their criminal case, which began in late March when Calif. attorney general Xavier Becerra charged the two undercover investigators with 14 felony counts of recording “confidential communications.” According to Cooley, the San Francisco Superior Court made much of the undercover footage publicly available when the videos were filed as part of the proceedings in that criminal case. Cooley’s decision to make that footage available on his own site was primarily an effort to make public what is already technically part of public records, in order to give the media and the public better access to information as the case unfolds. Cooley referred to the issue as a “conflict of laws,” pitting a district judge’s injunction against the Superior Court’s decision to file the videos as part of public records. “The blog was nothing more than a memorialization of public filings in the history of the case,” Cooley says of the webpage where he posted the videos yesterday morning. He called California’s criminal case a “selective, ill-motivated, and ill-founded prosecution.” Daleiden, Cooley, and defense attorney Brentford Ferreira will appear before the San Francisco Superior Court on June 8 to receive the court’s ruling on the demurrer filed in response to Calif.’s felony charges. Orrick has ordered a June 14 hearing in U.S. district court as part of the ongoing civil case, to consider contempt sanctions related to the release of the video footage that was subject to the injunction.

You don’t get to dabble in evil. Sin has a way of sucking us into the whirlpool. All of us are victims of Original Sin, and all of us are capable of, indeed likely, to fall victim to ever more evil sins. When you cut yourself of from God’s grace, which is utterly evident in the case of abortionists, then you are in a freefall. Depravity becomes delight. Evil acts become nourishment.

But a child in the womb has no inherent dignity, does not deserve the womb to be a safe shelter, does not deserve love or the opportunity to draw their first breath, a child in the womb it is a punishment, a pox, something to be minced, harvested, burnt with chemicals, or a dollar to be made.

I’ve avoided saying this all week, because it’s just too…I don’t know, trite I guess, but sooner or later it just catches up with me.

Another grandson was born last Saturday. He was four weeks premature, weighed 6 lbs 4 oz. he spent a few days in NICU, but went home on Wednesday, a healthy and robust baby, perfect in every single way, as all babies are, every one of them. But had she been inclined, his mother, any time in these next weeks right up until his delivery could have had him tortuously murdered.

I look at him and know there are babies just exactly like him being cut apart and sold. My heart breaks while my brain can barely wrap my mind around it. And there are even “noted ethicists” who think that so called “post birth abortion” is moral and just. Which is logical by their value system. Why stop at delivery with your murderous business?

In a few years with we see post birth toddler abortion too? What happens if the two year’s parents get a great job opportunity that just isn’t conductive to family life, or the toddler has a horrible accident and is permanently injured? How long before we go the way of Belgium?

I’m wearing my American flag tee shirt from North River™ this weekend. The least of the reasons is because I love my nation, and the greatest is because I hope it gets some stupid, ignorant prog so mad that they attack me, and then whatever happens, happens.

It is so heartbreaking to think about those little babies, struggling against the instruments of death in what should be the safest spot in the world their mothers womb.

I just visited with a couple and their 4 day old baby, and I kept thinking about how he could have been legally executed just a few days ago. What sorry state of a world we have become.

My heart breaks for the little ones, for all those who are brutally murdered by monsters.

The sadness aside how wonderful for you to have a new little loved one welcomed into your family, into loving arms and loving hearts.

Slowly but surely the progressive engineers are inuring new generations to abortion. The idea thst it’s just some excess cells, no worse than shaving, cutting your hair or defoliating. After all, those discarded cells could be used by scientists to cure horrible diseases that could strike YOU, or cosmetic changes that could make YOU more beauteous or desirable, it’s all about what it can do for YOU my pliable post-millennial.
Soon those pesky moralists will be dead and gone and we can shed those archaic notions of the worth of the individual…except as they apply to YOU… and get on to euthanizing unwanted live children under a certain age, the infirm, the retarded, the disabled…a kinder, more progressive form of Action T4 program.

In the 80s, schoolkids all knew a bunch of “dead baby jokes”. They were all sick and wrong. I’ve always wondered who came up with all of them. I’m guessing it wasn’t schoolkids in elementary school. And I’m pretty sure that whoever did come up with these “jokes” had a specific reason for doing so: inuring.

e.g. “Q: Which is easier to unload — a truck full of dead babies or a truck full of bowling balls? A: Babies, because you can use a pitchfork.”

“Q: Why did the dead baby cross the road? A: It was stapled to the chicken.”

I knew those “jokes” in the fourth grade.

Why? Who came up with them, and why did we know them at 10 years old, and why were we taught that they were humorous? Every school kid in the country knew these jokes, and there was no internet. Did Margaret Sanger moonlight as a joke-writer?

Inuring is like immunization. Jading. Apparently, this strategy worked.

Since the New School in the twenties, they’ve had a long plan. It began with radio and TV. Trump, and the internet, was a wrench in their works, I think.

If it ever really got out, several different peoples in America would end up putting several thousand politicians’/media-people’s bodies on display for the people to pee and spit upon, hanging from lampposts and meathooks.

Imagine if all of Black America (as it were) figured it all out, what was done to them by Democrats since Booker T. Washington wrote Up From Slavery? What would they do if they pieced the puzzle together?

Face it. Blacks are a violent bunch. Propensity and all. Good at it, too.

That makes me wonder if our Moslem murderers didn’t specifically target a concert given by a woman ann attended by young women all acting not in accordance with strict Moslem social rules? Was this concert targeted as a Moslem protest to English women acting in their free and democratic rights?

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey (R) this week signed legislation that will preempt cities and counties from removing monuments to the Confederacy from public property, over the objections of black lawmakers and civil rights groups.

The legislation comes after the city of New Orleans removed several statues honoring Confederate figures in recent weeks. The measure’s lead sponsor, state Sen. Gerald Allen (R), said he hoped to end the “wave of political correctness” sweeping the nation.

“Where does it end? Are all parts of American history subject to purging, until every Ivy League professor is satisfied and the American story has been re-written as nothing but a complete fraud and a betrayal of our founding values of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?” Allen said.

The bill will block local governments from removing monuments that have been on public property for more than 40 years. It also prevents renaming public schools that have stood for 40 years.
There are at least nine confederate monuments around Alabama that would be protected under the law, including a monument at the state capitol in Montgomery, the cornerstone of which was laid by Confederate President Jefferson Davis. A Birmingham park board decided to remove one of those monuments in 2015.

I think we need to replace “John 3:16″™ as a meme with “John 3 KJV.”

    Context is important.

STELLA, look what I found: “Despite a huge ratings run, a fourth season is on ice after Davis landed a role on HBO sensation Game of Thrones and moved to London.” But, they make a trilogy of movies. 🙂

Ha! Just started watching that series on DVD this week. I’m loving the costumes, cinematography, music, and dialog.

After a murder on her train:
Phryne: Constable Collins, how lovely. Tell the inspector I’ll be right with him.
Hugh: Uh, the inspector’s not here, Miss.
Phryne: But he thought it important enough to send you?
Hugh: Only to tell you, in his words, “to stay in your compartment, to please resist the temptation to interfere, and to not bandy about his name for your own convenience.”
Phryne: Well, you can assure the inspector that none of this is very convenient.

Reading the comments up top re: abortion –
New York legalized abortion in 1970. 1972, friend & I were at one of those barbaric clinics. Talk about back alley cuttings…perhaps may have been worse than now, dunno. No selling then, though. Not creative enough yet?

“That stuff doesn’t happen…they don’t do it that way…you are too young…you were never there…”
Too young was the truth. Perhaps.

Thank goodness young ppl now are rejecting abortion. They truly see how blessed they are, knowing what could have been. Stories like Menagerie’s make it all worthwhile, thank you, ma’am.

Some of us realized that but for the grace of God, we would have been the ones in the dumpsters behind the clinic. It’s all fun and games to talk about “women’s rights” up until you realize that “women’s rights” actually meant that we could have been victims too.

Alan Dershowitz chats about the mad hatter Russian Trump/Kushner hunt.

Dershowitz: Special Counsel Probe ‘Backwards,’ Like Stalin’s Secret Police

    https://www.peoplespunditdaily.com/news/politics/2017/05/26/dershowitz-special-counsel-probe-backwards-like-stalins-secret-police/

“I would say, first to the investigators: ‘Before you talk to my client, I want to know what your authority is. What your jurisdiction is.’” Laking that foundation, Dershowitz likened the Kushner inquiry to the words of Joseph Stalin’s secret police chief, Lavrentiy Beria: “Show me the man and I’ll find you the crime.”

“I don’t like criminal investigations to start on hoping that once you have the target, maybe we’ll find the crime, maybe we’ll find the statute – and if we can’t find the statute, we’ll stretch the statute to fit the person.

    Hat tip to Dershowitz.

    lilbirdee12’s prayer:

Our Heavenly Father, Your children come to you tonight to ask for healing and peace throughout our country so that we may return to being One Nation Under God. Guide us to be leaders in Your Kingdom, spreading Your Love and Salvation to all. Forgive us our sins and deliver us from evil.

Lord, we ask for a blanket of protection over all our troops and law enforcement who serve to defend and protect us. Bless our representatives with the strength and wisdom they need to achieve the path You have chosen for us.

Please place Your Guardian Angels of Protection around Donald Trump and Mike Pence and their families as they seek to lead America back to You.

Grant us patience, Lord, as the evil ones try to anger us and cause us to fall.
Spread blessings over Israel and Netanyahu.

We humbly ask that You please comfort those who are grieving and in pain.
Thank you Father, for Your Love and the gift of Life.

In Jesus name, we pray. Amen
