The problem with campaign laws is that almost by definition, they don’t and can’t stop anything.
There is always the incentive to cheat. Cheating wins, or at least helps a lot. There’s no downside to cheating.
Say someone actually prosecutes this. Who will be in trouble? Well, it’ll be the people down-stream from Hillary. Who loses when campaign finance laws are broken? The people who donated and bundled the money, not the candidate. Who loses when campaign/action group communication laws are broken? The people running the PACs.
The campaigns never lose. Elections are never invalidated because of any of it. And the side that cheated won, there’s a very real possibility of avoiding all consequences anyway, due to who controls the Justice Department.
So, is there incentive to cheat? Yes.
Is there any negative consequences to cheating? Not to those that matter, and most likely, not at all anyway.
Does the public care about this sort of thing? Not really, because freedom of speech is ingrained into us at a much deeper level. It is hard to get anyone riled up because someone coordinated to have someone else say something, when what they said wasn’t illegal, but the way they coordinated it was. Especially when everyone has a right to free speech that doesn’t infringe on another, which this doesn’t. The courts can argue all they want about free speech not being affected/infringed by these campaign laws, but what the courts rule and what the public decides to do/believe are not joined in any way by any chain of causality.
Campaign laws are just another way of keeping Christians out of power. Christians don’t violate the laws, because they aren’t dishonest, and usually end up following laws they shouldn’t because laws are rules that must be followed, and render unto Ceasar, etc. Everyone else just ignores the stupid laws, breaks them at will, and tries to make sure it doesn’t become a big scandal.

Donald Trump just seems to have the God given talent of getting the people “riled” up
You never know those very same people just may want to “lock her up” 😉
Absolutely, but I don’t think Trump will waste time on campaign law abuses for Hillary. That’s a fight he can win, but it’ll cost a lot in terms of public opinion, for very little effect. He’s much better served going after her for Treason with the MANPADS in Benghazi, Treason through the Clinton Foundation, the email server, violations of clearance, oaths, etc.
I hope Trump does prosecute Brazille and everyone else involved in the campaign stuff too, but it doesn’t change the fact that the campaign reform laws were mostly written to benefit one side, particularly when that one side doesn’t care about following them.
The GOPe also doesn’t care much about following them, but most of the people who are hoodwinked into voting for the GOPe do, so it ends up being followed almost by proxy.
And those MANPADS will be directly tied into the shooting down of an O-58D in Afghanistan resulting in the deaths of the pilots. Check Benghazi Brief over at the neighbors. You you can bank on this, I will be there from start to finish of this trial…….

a rubber (Donald) ducky…from the mastermind of Hillary Clinton
How Presidential is that?
Stolen from AoSHQ:
So, right before sending me into a Trump rally, Hillary takes me to a nearby bar to give me my orders.
The bartender says, “Sorry, we don’t serve pigs here.”
Hillary says, “It’s a duck, not a pig.”
The bartender replies, “I was talking to the duck.”
