    Should Christians Vote for Trump?
    by Eric Metaxas

    http://www.wsj.com/articles/should-christians-vote-for-trump-1476294992

It’s a fact that if Hillary Clinton is elected, the country’s chance to have a Supreme Court that values the Constitution—and the genuine liberty and self-government for which millions have died—is gone. Not for four years, or eight, but forever. Many say Mr. Trump can’t be trusted to deliver on this score, but Mrs. Clinton certainly can be trusted in the opposite direction. For our kids and grandkids, are we not obliged to take our best shot at this? Shall we sit on our hands and refuse to choose?

    A lot of good here.

NOTE: Do this Bing search, then select the WSJ article. You should be able to read it.

      Mornin’!

I won’t get to tell you mornin’ tomorrow, I’ve got to report for jury duty. I’ll be cutting it short to wash the mud and whatever else off after chores, get dressed in their approved clothing so I don’t get thrown in jail and then drive the 35 minutes to town to be their by 8:30 am, actually before then, because you have to arrive to the court clerks office by 8:30 am, but they’ve just installed metal detectors this month. I’ve heard several already complaining about them and saying it’s taking 15 to 30 minutes just to enter the courthouse now. I guess they’re giving off a lot of false signals, they probably bought them at a yard sale. lol

I had a nail file in my purse, that I couldn’t find for some reason, and it showed up when they x-rayed it. It is a file with a round tip and they were going to throw it in the garbage. It is the best file I ever had, so I sent my friend back out to the car with it. I think the guard was a bit anal.

This courthouse has never searched anyone and nothing has ever happened, yet now suddenly the boogie man is waiting to come in with guns blazing.

Another county one year we had to go into the courthouse due to some family land. We weren’t even going to court, but we had to go through their checks. They had a fit over my little multipurpose tool I keep in my purse. I had to take it back to the car. Then my husband carries a small flashlight on his belt and he had to take it back to the car. I guess he was going to blind someone while I poked their eyes out. lol

You know, I’ve always wanted to be on a jury. Just once. I’ve been registered all of my voting years and have only been notified once that I was on the list. Never had to report, just called in to the automation and they were full.
I know people who get selected it seems yearly, but not me, must be lucky. “Cept I have the same luck with the lotteries.

I used to carry a pen knife with me. I think I carried one since I was 7 or 8 years old. When they started using x-ray and body scanners in city buildings, I quit. They were going to throw something expensive away instead of holding it until I was done with my business there.

I just put it in my luggage until I reach my destination. I’m afraid I would make National News, if some jerk at check in tried to take the same pocket knife I have been carrying for the last twenty years. I even dove into a dumpster for that sucker.

Get this one. I smoke and knew I could not carry my lighter with me so I dumped it in the trash before security games began. I went into the gift shop once checked in and they were selling lighters at the front counter. I bought one and walked right onto the plane!

I don’t fly much anymore, because I hate what it has become. My brother and I flew from separate parts of the country a few years ago to Iowa for the Knoxville Nationals. I won’t even tell you about the ticket or check in fiasco, but believe me when I say my brother was ready to tear the airport down. We get to security and I end up without my cap, my shoes, my pockets emptied and a very nice lady telling me I can’t have my brand new jar of Noxema Cream because it is a liquid. I told her I would be pleased if she could keep it, but she said she had to throw it out. I finally get through and am redressing and turn around to see my brother completely clothed and nothing out of place. He said they never checked anything. Gee, I felt safer about flying.
On that same trip, I got on the final leg home to Spokane, and a voice came on the intercom on the plane. It was a middle eastern accent welcoming us to the flight. The young man in the seat next to me got a little excited. He turned to me and said “what did he say! am I on the wrong flight? I can’t be on the wrong flight I have a job interview!” I calmed him down and assured him we were on the right flight. I waited a minute or two and then said “hope that was not the pilot” Poor kid almost passed out.

I had a guy tell me the other day he went to the courthouse to change his address on his voter registration. It took him 30 minutes to get in because the machine kept going off. He told them he had steel toe boots on, but they made him empty his pockets and still kept asking him why he was setting it off. Finally after about the 6th person came over they all got together and came to the conclusion it was his steel toe boots. lol

Just in case you haven’t heard it (I had not until today), here is the complete unedited video of Billy Bush and Donald Trump. I think he’s joking around, just based on what I’ve heard of Trump in the past. Bad language, but joking around. You can make up your own minds.

Billy seemed to be far more interested in the woman than Trump and far more excited by the talk.

Notice that she moves to be closer to Trump, notice that Billy asks her who she would date and notice when she wraps her arms in both mens arms, only Billy wraps his arm around hers. Trump keeps his arm down, his body language is “I’m not interested.”

As to the p word, crude but I believe Trump 100% when he says he heard far worse from Bill Clinton on the golf course.

Chelsea Clinton Laments: My Great Grandmother
Did Not Have Access to Planned Parenthood

New York, NY (CFAM) — From the stage at the recent Women Deliver conference, former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s daughter Chelsea revealed that her much-admired maternal grandmother was the child of unwed teenage parents who “did not have access to services that are so crucial that Planned Parenthood helps provide.”

Chelsea’s grandmother was born of an unintended pregnancy. And new research shows that her family is not alone in treasuring a person who – if Planned Parenthood had been successful – would not have been born.

My wife tells me Father John gave the congregation both barrels today at Mass (I had to go to the Spanish mass due to my work schedule).

He read them the riot act, telling them in no uncertain terms that the state of their immortal souls was in mortal danger should they vote for the 20th century progressive candidate that espouses abortion. He also said voting for a third party at this juncture is not a protest vote, and makes you an accomplice, and that the state of this country and the state of the world had likely never been worse before.

He also said that if you disagree, then you need to pray very hard, and for those who know people who disagree and will vote for Hillary, to pray for them very, very hard.

My wife came home all excited and really wanted to talk about it. It is a good sign. Some of our religious leaders take their assignments seriously. Father John said if he didn’t say these things, his immortal soul would be in danger, as he has a duty to shepherd his flock entrusted to his care.

I fell asleep last night praying for Jesus to not forget us, to be with us in these days of spiritual battle, and to let us all know the truth on election day, and that our votes be counted true.

I’m wondering if the old churches aren’t scared seeing the Feds actively dilute their influence on modern culture and, instead of fighting the decay, succumb bit by bit to it to try and save their positions? When I was a kid had anyone said the Episcopal church would not only fully accept and integrate LGBT into the congregation but ordain gay priests and bishops you’d have had your head handed to you.
Now we have a prog Pope who’s doing a roots-level doctrinal overhaul that’s shadowing Leftist dogma, I’m wondering how long it will take him to join an Occupy Wall Street die-in or a Planned Parenthood ribbon cutting with Hillary. Enjoy and protect those reactionary religious leaders, they’re an endangered species.

He’s an old-school former Navy chaplain, and he doesn’t mince too many words. He’s formally retired, and we have a younger priest from the Philippines who is also awesome. Pretty sure ol’ Francis would have conniptions if they knew what these two thought and talked about.

The younger priest from the Philippines can’t understand how so many Americans can be so stupid as to actively support their own destruction in the form of liberalism. Growing up under a communist dictator can be educational, I suppose. I loaned him my blu-ray of 13 Hours when it came out.

Father John, well, he’s an interesting fellow. He will be soft spoken, polite, with a twinkle in his eye, as he chews your ass out for something. I can only imagine what he was like in the Navy.

Wow, those of us who were/are professional intel/counter intel or Special Security Officers are WRONG! 60 Minutes and a State Department (a cute one too) rep went to a refugee camp in Syria, found some warm, fuzzy (and cute, again) Syrians at a camp where they were trying to get into the US.
They were English speaking, had pitiful stories, scrubbed up nicely and were picked to look Keaneish and harmless as a puppy. For those of us who remembered being attacked by natives military we’d ‘vetted’ from Vietnam to the GWOT who worried about the US trying to vett people who had no reliable or trustworthy paper trails…poo poo, Department of Homeland Security has ‘specially trained interrogators’ grilling the prospective terror….errr, refugees. Well, that makes me feel better,I mean while the military’s had problems getting really effective interrogators but Homeland Security can reach waaaaaay up their assorted sources and pull some out and send them to Jordan where they screen out the bad guys with deadly efficiency.
Part of my unfounded paranoia is probably due to my nearly lifelong familiarity with what the Feds consider to be ‘experts’, but then it could be a lifetime of experience dealing with Rats justifying traitors to have free access to America and its secrets.
