Well it’s fun times at the Summer Palace, the outside cat’s decided he would really like to be an inside-outside cat … Appears he didn’t clear it with the overfed, overstuffed, crappy-attitude inside cat. To add further insult to a potentially injurious situation, on Monday I’ll be introducing my granddaughter-in-law’s cat to the mix as she’s moving and can’t have it at her new house.
Fabreeze, kitty treats and bandaids galore on hand.

Yeah, TV was looking bad this week and we decided we really needed something to liven the dead spots.

You will be lucky to have a TV after the “kids” sort things out. I think my older cat believes the new kitten is a very large mouse or something, because he wants nothing to do with her.

The three had established a dynamic with the svelte orange outside cat staying in the garage, the fat orange inside cat staying inside and the grey inside/outside cat interacting with both. Outside cat is friendly as they come and decided he might like the benefits of being inside, that started the mess.
I have no idea why the inside cat’s do anti-outside cat, outside cat is mellow and accepting to inside cat. Let’s see how sideways we can make this come Monday.

We’ e had cats long enough to know that we shouldn’t have anything with any value that’s not made out of military-grade unbreakable stuff.

My friend told me a little kitten had come up to her at the pool mewing and she took it home to find who it belonged to. What I heard “she’s got a new cat.” LOL

IF I ever have a cat again (big if) I want a Maine coon. I like big cats.

I think I would like a Maine Coon also. The kitty I have now is a tortoise shell female American short hair.

Have had many cats in my life, but none in the last 10 years. Most at any one time: six. The two most outstanding were a 20 lb male orange tabby (incredible rat killer) and a gorgeous blue-eyed female Himalayan (long-haired seal-point Siamese).
