    Well, as I was blissfully watching Phill Dalhauser play beach volleyball (and really is there a more beautiful man) and ignoring texts on my phone it seems Milwaukee is burning.

    It seems an armed black thug engaged an officer earlier today and the thug lost. Second perp with the armed thug arrested but no word on whether he was also armed.

    So the savages are out in the streets and they started a fire at gas station and shot at fire fighters, it is being reported that the gas station has burned to the ground. Ignorant question, why no explosions from the gas fumes?

    Auto parts store set ablaze and not to forget their favorite target a beauty supply store was set ablaze. The savages also tore up bus stop structures.

    Oh and they are smashing police cars.

    Our local news is reporting in this way. “We don’t know if the dead man fired his gun of if it was only police shooting…..It seems that there are more police in the streets than neighbors ……… Police aren’t shedding too much light on things…….. I wish I could kick every race baiting, cop hating reporter’s teeth right down their throats.

    Officer taken to the hospital after getting hit in the head with a brick.

    The gun that the dead perp had was stolen from Waukesha along with 500 rounds of ammunition. DRT perp is a 23 year old man with a lengthy record.

        It is either anarchy or take authority. Obama would love to be the POTUS who got a federal police force rolling. Police need to return fire and a person lighting a building on fire is an immediate threat to life take them out. If they are attacking people in cars take them out.

        Sicking savages.

            Yep. Happening in another democratic city, run by BLM appeasers and enablers. Reporters last night calling the the fires, looting and shooting “unrest” and of course were calling the thugs “neighbors and kids”. Either Barrett (mayor) or Flynn (police chief) asked their moms and pops to text them and tell them to come home or go out and pull them home by their ears. I think it was the mayor but it was late and I was tired.

              If all of you reactionary bitter clingers would just turn in those guns it would all change, you’ll see. Of course there will be a lot of civilian casualties until the oppressed see that the ingrained racism has absted and it’s now safe for them to embrace their traditional tormentors, but that’s to be expected and the casualties will be acceptable in light of the end results.

              In case you’re wondering I’m applying for a CRS post under Hillary. That doesn’t sound too well, does it?

        LE gave a dismiss order the thugs didn’t leave so they arrested 2 of them. Then another black guy was running around screaming about the racist arrest and saying that the media is allowed to be there and a white guy is roaming the streets (likely LEO of some type) so the arrests of the two black guys while Milwaukee’s burns had to be motivated by racism.

        These people are more owned than the slaves who were their ancestors, at least the slaves 250 years ago had freedom of mind, thought and soul, at least they wanted freedom, these BLM idiots have no desire for freedom just free stuff.

    Email of the day……. yer gonna love it………………..
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    I had to take my vehicle to the mechanic the other day for service. The Service Manager, Pete, gave me a ride home and on the way he told me his theory about the upcoming election and the next four years of U.S. government.
    At first I thought it a bit far fetched, but as I listened to him it began to make sense, scary sense…
    “I believe that Hillary Clinton will win the election in November,” Pete began. “Then, sometime between November and January, Hillary will be indicted. The IRS is now investigating the Clinton Foundation and the whole e-mail thing isn’t over yet.”
    “Once under indictment she won’t be able to assume the Office of the President in January. Tim Kaine, who will not actually be the Vice President because neither he nor Hillary have been inaugurated, and cannot assume the Presidency.”
    “The Speaker of the House can’t move up to it because there is already a sitting President and Vice President, so President Obama, in an Executive Order citing, “emergency situation,” gives himself another four years in office is the only way possible.”
    Pete, believes Obama has been planning this for a while now, knowing he has enough on Hillary to indict her. Had the Attorney General indicted her based on evidence from the FBI this plan wouldn’t have worked because the DNC would have quickly come up with another candidate.
    If you think about it, it’s not that outrageous. Many people on the left, including the President, want Obama to stay another four years. The law prohibits him from being re-elected so the only ways he can do it is by declaring martial law and suspending the election (which would be a very negative thing for the country) or to declare himself still President because the elected candidate cannot assume her duties.
    The latter makes more sense and is actually more feasible, and since it’s never been done before, it would set a precedent that would be difficult to challenge.
    Of course, if Trump wins the election none of this is going to happen, but what if Pete is correct? Four more years of Obama and a mostly useless Republican House and Senate would give Obama the time he needs to continue destroying changing the country to fit his stated goals.
    I thanked Pete for the ride home – and for messing up my day. Now I’ve got more things to worry about!
      It could happen. Obama hates Hillary, why not demand that the AG indict her? The evidence is obviously there. Unless of course they all have tapes, emails and buckets full of information that can destroy each other with so there is a high stake game of chicken going on behind the scenes.
          Just found this;
          If a winning Presidential candidate dies or becomes incapacitated between the counting of electoral votes in Congress and the inauguration, the Vice President elect will become President, according to Section 3 of the 20th Amendment.
          I would say being indicted back in the day when we were a country of laws and not men should qualify as incapacitated or failing to qualify for the position of POTUS.
          But in todays America, who knows.
          What happens if the President-elect fails to qualify before inauguration?
          If the President-elect fails to qualify before inauguration, Section 3 of the 20th Amendment states that the Vice President-elect will act as President until such a time as a President has qualified.
          The Constitution also directs Congress to determine by law a successive line of service to be called upon in the unlikely occurrence that both the President-elect and Vice President-elect fail to qualify by the beginning of the presidential term. Accordingly, federal law (3 U.S.C. Sec. 19) states that, in order, the following would be required, if qualified and, for Cabinet secretaries, if having been confirmed by advice and consent of the Senate, to act as President until such a time as a President has qualified:
          the Speaker of the House of Representatives
          the President pro tempore of the Senate
          the Secretary of State
          the Secretary of the Treasury
          the Secretary of Defense
          the Attorney General
          the Secretary of the Interior
          the Secretary of Agriculture
          the Secretary of Commerce
          the Secretary of Labor
          the Secretary of Health and Human Services
          the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development
          the Secretary of Transportation
          the Secretary of Energy
          the Secretary of Education, and
          the Secretary of Veterans Affairs
          What happens if a candidate dies or becomes incapacitated?
          If a candidate dies or becomes incapacitated between the general election and the meeting of electors, under federal law, the electors pledged to the deceased candidate may vote for the candidate of their choice at the meeting of electors. Individual states may pass laws on the subject, but no federal law proscribes how electors must vote when a candidate dies or becomes incapacitated. In 1872, when Horace Greeley passed away between election day and the meeting of electors, the electors who were slated to vote for Greeley voted for various candidates, including Greeley. The votes cast for Greeley were not counted due to a House resolution passed regarding the matter. See the full Electoral College vote counts for President and Vice President in the 1872 election.
          As to a candidate who dies or becomes incapacitated between the meeting of electors and the counting of electoral votes in Congress, the Constitution is silent on whether this candidate meets the definition of “President elect” or “Vice President elect.” If the candidate with a majority of the electoral votes is considered “President elect,” even before the counting of electoral votes in Congress, Section 3 of the 20th Amendment applies. Section 3 of the 20th Amendment states that the Vice President elect will become President if the President elect dies or becomes incapacitated.
          If a winning Presidential candidate dies or becomes incapacitated between the counting of electoral votes in Congress and the inauguration, the Vice President elect will become President, according to Section 3 of the 20th Amendment.
    Something getting lost in the background noise is the push to get Puerto Rico made our 51st state. You can bet that if Hillary wins she’ll lead the Rat full-court-press to get that done, not only giving them two more Rat seantors but a handful of Rat reps too. That’s bad enough but what the Rats are not talking about is the HUGE number of hatd drug addicts we’ll suddenly inherit.
    Puerto Rico’s become the front door for Caribbean drug importation into the US and in the process has become awash in its own addicts. The costs of maintaining them just adds to the islands already staggering welfare expenditures, the officials are already exporting their addicts to the mainland for public detox, so becoming a state and throwing all of the costs upon the backs of US taxpayers is a win for them.
    Becoming a state would also ease the flow of drugs from PR into the US a bit, think Mena with fie beaches. Drugs, tropical drinks with umbrellas, thousands upon thousands of new addicts, fine beaches, a massive new source of drugs, great food, two more liveral Rat Senators who don’t have English as their primary language…decisions, decisions, decisions.
