Hah! Liberal Reporter Tries to Buy AR15 – GETS DENIED FOR VIOLENT PAST

When it came time to make the purchase, Rob, the clerk with the tattoos 😱, handed me over to Mike, who gave his name shaking my hand, I gave mine. “The writer?” he said. If I wanted to lie as part of my job, I’d have gone into public relations. “Yes,” I said, explaining that I plan to buy the gun, shoot at their range, then give it to the police. He suggested I sell it back to them instead and I heartily agreed. Economical. If they would let me photograph myself with it there, the gun need never leave the store. 😀

Another nutter proclaiming his ignorance for all the world to laugh at. But what Neil Sternberg forgot is that his acknowledging that he has a valid IL FOID card (Firearm Owners Identification Card) means that he is licensed to own a gun. A big gun a little gun a scary gun a gun that may grow little gun legs and run about killing people.

Why on earth would Sternberg need a FOID card? Because he is just another liberal who wants to tell people what to do and then not do it himself.

The stupidity, Sternberg stated that he was only going to buy the gun so he could take a picture of himself with it and then he was going to donate it to the police. Can he really be so dull as to not know many ranges rent guns for on premise shooting? Heck I bet for ten bucks the guys in the shop would have taken a picture of Sternberg and any gun in the shop.

    Good grief

And, being a walking contradiction Liberal, he probably hates the police when he feels like it, like when he has to suck up to the dindu nuffin community every month or so.

But today, he loves the police and doesn’t mind that they own guns. Today.

I think Sternberg well represents the Left’s idiocy fueled by their irrational beliefs and their tendency to fantasize and dramatize their enemies.

From Sternberg’s hopeful musings that Trump’s views on the Mexican Judge would finally be his undoing 😜.

He has been the liquid metal Terminator, blown apart into a fine spray of mercury droplets by whatever godawful idiotic blast came out of his mouth. Yet able to reconstitute himself with the encouragement of his rabble of supporters who hate Hillary Clinton more than they love their country and who batted aside serviceable moderates to embrace him.

Maybe Trump will do it again. The dust cloud settles, a single moment of hope, then instead of the credits rolling, the wreckage stirs, the red eye glows 😱, the thing stands, shedding rubble, a big shrug and a grin and forward march toward November. It happened before.

Most of you probably don’t remember but back in the early 70s there was a movement to have police leave their firearms in their stations atbthe ends of their shifts. The progs believed, especially in areas with heavy gun restrictions, that as they were off duty they should not be allowed to carry weapons. They should, if they see a crime, call it in and let the on-duty police handle it, they were off duty. The movement was especially strong in NYC.
There were also some cities that bought into the concept that police uniforms were too militant looking and dressed their police in slacks and blazers. They looked cool but the rate of assaults against police rose sharply and the cities eventually had the police return to a regular uniform.

Regardless of how hard you treat them for infestations a few eggs always remain and to keep them invasive parasite free you gotta continually be vigilant and work hard at keeping their environment clean. That’s why you don’t see a lotta livestock as pets in the city.

One day he was getting mud all over my husband and he told him would you sit down and quit using my leg as a scratching post. The silly pig sat down and since anytime anyone tells him to sit down, he sits down. He weighs probably around 400lbs now, so I told my DH he should make him a harness and slap a service animal vest on him and take him to a CAIR PC and see if they scattered. lol

Never mind, could never happen here, though they thought it could never happen there either. But it’s different here, the RATS love Jews, look at how many we’re importing from war-torn Mideast countries and how much their Ebony Idol’s doing for Israel.

Me thinks that Mr Steinberg doesn’t appreciate the irony that drugs are heavily illegal in Chicago yet it is and has been for some time the Midwest’s distribution center for a Mexican cartel. Drugs are required to be ‘registered’ with the Feds yet they can be bought on almost any street corner and the cause of most of the murders in Chicago isn’t guns, they are over drugs.
New Orleans has had a heavy Chicago connection for a long time, it had the first Mafia family in the US, had one of the largest Mafia families in the US. At one time tour guides would mention a house thst Al Capone regularly used on his visits to NOLA. The city was and still is a major drug center and, if certain people have anything to do with it, will be again once it becomes a major Cuban port. Yet guns cannot be sold inside the city limits.

Guns are illegalish in the city, and if the state didn’t prohibit it I’m sure the mayor and city council would have banned ownership and CCW by now. Thing is that every thug and his brother has a gun, we have 11-year old thugettes mugging folks at gunpoint. Honest folks are buying and legally carrying and the press portrays them as paranoids with a thinly disguised bloodlusts. The thugs, if they’re mentioned at all, are presented as innocent children held under the hypnotic trance of the gun culture. Steinbergs are everywhere.

A retired AF veteran was giving the traditional flag-folding speech at a retirement ceremony for another AF man. In 2005 the Pentagon changed the speech, removing all references to God. But people still try to use the old speech. When this man, who has such a good presentation that he is apparently asked by many to do the ceremony, began the speech, four AF uniformed men rushed up and hauled him from the room. They were not MP’s. Then the man was kicked off the base.

However, we have this guy running for state office that I can’t help but like. He’s personally visited us more than once, has personally called us more than once and hasn’t had a problem answering anything we’ve thrown at him.
Not many politicians or want-to-be politicians will venture this deep out into the woods without an invite, even fewer will give you direct answers or will talk to you like they’re talking to a neighbor. He had already won our vote.
Today though I got a handwritten letter from his wife, cursive at that. This I believe is a first for me.
I thought I’d share some of it with all of you.

    Dear Friend,
My name is Elizabeth West. My husband, Josh is a Republican candidate for State Representative. Since Josh announced his candidacy I have been asked countless times why he is running.
1 Corinthians, Chapter 13 says to do all things in love. If you want to know why Josh decided to run for public office, that is your answer. My husband is doing it out of love. Love for our country, love for our freedom, love for our community, neighbors, friends, and family – and most importantly – out of love for God.

His heart for service makes him an incredible father as well. Josh is a very active dad. He takes time out of his day to attend special school parties, assemblies, and field trips. After school, Josh is usually either coaching one of the kids sports teams or taking the kids fishing, kayaking, hunting, or just playing catch outside at night.

Besides marrying Josh, joining the military is the best decision I ever made. As military veterans, Josh and I both understand sacrifice. We have learned how to work and succeed through hard and trying times, how to push ourselves further than we thought possible, to persevere under pressure and how to stand for a cause greater than ourselves.
This is especially true of my husband, who was severely wounded by enemy fire while trying to protect and rescue his battalion commander in Karbala, Iraq.
Thankfully, God had other plans for Josh’s life that day when he should have died in Karbala.
I ask that you take some time to pray for my husband, for this election and of course our country.
    God Bless,
    Elizabeth West

I’ll pray, but I’m under no illusions that he won’t get to D.C. and be shown 8×10 B&W glossies of his family in the crosshairs from the bedroom closet, and his kids playing with Men In Black in the park, who are smiling back at the camera.

He’s running for state office so at least he won’t have the D.C. influence.

I won’t fully trust him, but when one of them go the extra mile and add a personal touch like was done here, I appreciate it.

I can see why you like him, michellc. Seems your hopes are well founded. To Make America Great Again, we have to get good people in office from the bottom up as well as the top down. Josh sounds like a winner.

Pray that he won’t be co-opted by the establishment.

I haven’t seen one yet that wasn’t. They all turned.

Besides Trump. And who knows if I’m being deceived by him, too.

It’s absolutely not out of the question.

Elections and inaugurations and terms are the proof of whether we we right or wrong in our selections.

Remember, our great and good-ol’-buddy GWB said that Islam is a religion of peace.

We elected a compete idiot who thought he could foster Jeffersonian Democracy in the no-relation-at-all-to-Greek-Logicians Middle East.

The press and much of America called him Hitler as he neglected to slaughter Cindy Sheehan and Company, who were conveniently camped out in a drainage ditch immediately adjacent to Bush’s ranch in Crawford, TX.

Try that Media Stunt next to any of the Obamas’ mansions, and see how fast you get “disappeared”.

Nixon might have been our last good president.

Even Reagan was Hollywood. Frankfort School was around and planning just before he was born. And he said Beiruit was an isolated event, and didn’t even know what T. Jefferson knew.

We’re surrounded by idiots, and thus led by idiots.

Him and my husband stood in our driveway talking for a good 30 minutes that led to another hour or so on my front porch.
My husband told me he liked the young man, they disagreed on a few things, but that he would prefer someone running for office who would admit he disagreed and not try to blow smoke up your you know what.
He told me the boy’s heart seemed to be in the right place and he deserved a chance to prove himself.
So I listened to what he had to say. I like him, he might make me not like him if he gets elected and lets politics change his views, but he seems like the best of the lot of those running.

I would be enraged at this, were that an emotion I was capable of feeling any more.

They also changed his use of ‘Allah’ to ‘God’. Refused to use anything that even remotely sniffed of Islam.

Intentional deception. “Allah” is not the same as God, and well they know it.

Right you are, the Moslems categorically reject the Christian triune God. The WH either ordered the ‘translation’, approved it or both. The attempt was to remove any trace of Islam from what was an obvious Moslem terrorist event. No Allah, instead God. Not only removes Isoa, drom the picture but moves that taint of religious zealotry onto ‘God’, the Christian spelling. Sort of softening things up for Hillary for, you may remember, during her hubby’s reign all terrorism was ‘Christian’ based. Even the Balkin problems were Christian provoked, then we had Waco…
