Does anybody else have the feeling that Trump is gradually “taking over” the Presidency? He seems to just be moving into the job. He speaks and changes happen. 🙂

LOL Somewhere in the middle of that speech, it sounded like Trump used the word “‘splain”, like ‘splain this to me. Did I hear it wrong, or was he quoting Ricky Ricardo?

My husband and I were watching. Many statements made in the effort to blast the scales off the eyes of LGBT community. He was able to say quite a bit about Hillary, connecting her in various ways. Some very good, blunt, pointed remarks.

I thought Trump looked like he was very angry and was visibly containing that anger while trying to follow his script. A bit of a sloppy speech and not because Trump isn’t comfortable with a teleprompter as we have seen him use one before but I suspect he was under strict self restraint to not fully speak his mind.

I suspect he was under strict self restraint to speak Presidential (not swear);
perhaps Trump received a lecture from Melania before heading off to Saint A’s.

No I don’t think the Catholic setting was his restraint (but who knows) I think he was very careful not to lose his temper because the subject was so heavy on his heart and so fresh in his mind and he is so angry at Obama and Hillary for selling out America.

Never, ever have I heard any presidential candidate, left or right, speak so clearly about protecting how we should be free to conduct our lives as we see fit without the incompatible hatred and murderous intent of radical islamic terrorism.
