        My email to Mayor Liccardo:

I am shocked and outraged by how the innumerable incidents of violence at Mr. Trump’s rally in your city were handled. Or perhaps “NOT handled” is more accurate.

It was completely disgraceful. Why didn’t your police officers protect the attendees at the rally?

Although I am a Bay Area resident, I will avoid spending any time in your city for the foreseeable future. I value my life and well-being, and will not trust your police force to provide protection should I visit there for any reason at all.

UN’s Usual Suspect crew’s pushing a BDS (boycott, divest, sanction) movement against Israel. As part of the Moslem/Russian ongoing Death to Israel movement the Rock Worshipers are pushing for UN mandated BDS sanctions to help delegitimize Isreal. So far they’ve managed to get a number of longstanding icepick attacks against Israel to thru the UN – coincidentally while Obama was in power – and this one would be a crown jewel were it to pass. Of course the POtuS could stab Israel in the back thru implementing the sanctions by saying he had no choice, and they were approved by the UN, not that our first black Moslem president would do so…..
He’s got about six months left to help destroy the world’s two centers of Judeo-Christian power, ge’s already heavily aided the goat…worshipers…to corrode Europe. The US is well on its way to losing the historical benefits of a civilized culture, being purposely corroded by huge infections of carefully picked prospective voters, so let’s destroy Isreal while the Moslem lack of success is backed by a US president?

Speaking of cortosive forces on US soil, looks like our POtuS’s attempts to cede sovereign US soil to illegal immigrants is paying off.
Sheriff of Pinal county, Arizona, warned hikers over the Memorial Day weekend to arm themselves if they are going to be hiking in the wilderness areas around Phoenix. Seems Mexican cartels are sending hunter-killer teams i to US territory to find rippoff teams stealing their drugs. Fear is thatbhikers/picnicers may run into them and be shot.
Now here we have president who’s severely curtailed US armed border security patrols, legalized illegal immigration, largely ignored (if not enabled) drug transfer into the US, and flouted numerous other laws, leaving us the legacy of atmed Mexican drug gangs owning a large chunk of US soil. Starting to sound like Chicago…
So while the POtuS actively tries to restrict honest citizens from owning defensive firearms he actively supports illegal activity by armed illegals on US soil aimed against legal US residents. Hillary’s already been rightnup front in killing US citizens overseas, let’s elect her and see how she can improve on Obama’s legacy.

Talked to a friend of mine still in the governmen business. We were betting that the reason the TSA security lines at some principal air travel sights suddenly became so long, at such a convenient time, was that TSA officials were making a strategic move. Being bureaucrats they need to expand the organism or go dormant, we suspect they’d like to become their own seperate agency, preferably at Cabinet level. Long lines handcuffing travelers, gridlocking airports and causing flight chaos was at the beginning of a heavy travel period but not one that, when purposely boffed up, would cause massive outrage like Thanksgiving or Christmas. Suspicious timing…
Looks like we were right, TSA has conducted a short review of the mess and concluded that ….(trumpet flourish)…in order to prevent this it needs to be bigger so it’s hiring thousands of more ‘workers’ and support staff to increase the program’s size and efficiency…and they said this with a straight face!
Let’s hope their pre-employment screening process and won’t be hiring any more registered sex offenders in this new crop of touchy-feelers.

Grabbed the shotgun out of the closet, spare ammo out of the pantry and off I went on the ATV. Did see a few shoats wandering in tbe grass but mom’s smart, she’s in the brush and trees letting Mikey eat it.
Came back, picked up the GGS and took him on a mile-long foot stalk, didn’t really think they’d show but he gets to learn about feral hags and how to track ’em. Cochon de lait may not be far off…

Wild pigs (feral) — domesticated pigs that live in the wild, or boar? I am guessing wild pigs have more of boar-like taste because they are not farm-fed?

      • czarowniczy's avatar czarowniczy says:

We have both, feral pigs are domestic pigs that have been born an raised in the wild. They are more skittish and tend to run unless they’re cornered or protecting prospective cochon de lait. There are hunt clubs who’ve illegally brought in Russian boars to make the hunt more exhilarating – problem is they get to moving around and breeding with the feral pigs and you’ve got real problems as the boars and boar mixes have an attitude. Most hint clubs are unfenced, as if pigs mind fences, and many lease timber land for hunting use.
Ones I saw are pigs, couple of the sows look like they could fit right into farmer Brown’s pen with an attitude adjustment. We had a young boar complete with humpy back and nice tusks, come waltzing up the drive a few years back, the incident that convinced me to neverbgo unarmed outside. They’ve been around on and off but now it looks like they’re coming back in force. I’m provably going to look at a two-wire electric fence as a few sows, with or without piglets, can rip a large garden to shreds in nomtime. Even betterbis killing onebor more as they go into the freezer and thevrest avoid your place.

Whoops, forgot. Pigs taste like what they’ve been eating. They do eat some meat, whatever they can kill or chase another predator off of, but thry raid a lot of farms with corn patches, acorns go over big, whatever they can root up, from roots to grubs and worms or wild fruit. Boars taste like crap, they’re tough and musky, though somecreal young ones are edible. Sows are edible though a bit gamey, sort of like Europe where you use a hearty red wine in cooking them. They make great pork when spiced and mixed with a fattier domestic pork so the product’s not quite as dry.

The People — “Help us, Government!”

Government — :puffs fat cigar: — “I love it when a plan comes together.”

Is there something in eschatological Scripture about that phenomenon happening?

And yet, Solomon said, “There is nothing new under the sun.”

      Government creates problem.
People cry out to Government for help.
Government laughs at People, gets bigger, and fatter, and meaner towards People.
Bigger, fatter, meaner Government creates another problem.
People again cry out to Government for help.
      Government laughs even harder.

At this point our most probable hope is for Government to die laughing.

Because People aren’t going to stop begging Government to help.

It’s very hard for me to try to look at these things from the larger perspective when it involves children. All of it involves the children, but these stories and the ones about our children and bathrooms here just send me up the wall. My husband said he read transgenderism is going to be taught in kindergarten. I didn’t go look to verify it, but it probably is. I have personally seen a young person completely ruined because his mother had children with men but lived in a lesbian relationship raising the children. He not only preyed on younger girls when he was 19, but then he declared he was a woman inside and changed his name, dress, the whole bit. Then his mother killed herself.

I take a capsule called Kyolic, aged garlic extract, formula 100. I order it from the Better Health Store because the one I can buy in Walmart is a pill, which I find hard to swallow partly because it has a strong odor of garlic and is rough. I take two capsules. I had tried garlic oil capsules back many years ago and just couldn’t stomach it. I smelled the garlic all the time and belched it. I have had absolutely no problem with this.

I can’t imagine living in a big city again, after ten years of Boston, but I can absolutely imagine working in a restaurant in one.

We’re a big city restaurant for four months out of the year. These four months start on Memorial Day, and really kick in on Independence Day.

The fun started last weekend. Monday we broke sales records, and turnover records.

Such a good crew right now.

If my buddy Mike, former teacher of Russian restaurant entrepreneurs, hadn’t had his second diabetic seizure last week, it’d be dang near a perfect crew.

He can’t talk much, now. Or interact. Or live without full assistance.

It’s been a strange rollercoaster for the last month.

I’d hang by the resturant’s front door to try and intercept trouble before it got to the patrons, make sure the parking lot was safe and carry the night’s receipts, alone, two blocks up a dark street tomthe night depository. I split the detail with another deputy and we never had an incident or robbery, there was sort of an ‘understood’ that if you messed with any resturant that had a deputy or NOPD officer working a detail there things would not go well for you. That’s why, until recently, the thugs left food establishments pretty well alone. Due to the number of conventions and tourist events we have the resturants are always busy, just busier at some times than others. You just make sure that you doneverything you can to,protect the patrons you are responsible for, bad publicity is bad for busines. Presently NOLA has a group of four ‘unidentified’ teenage thugs who’re believed to be responsible for over twenty armed tobberies. Things didn’t get serious until they started robbing tourists so it’s a full-court press now.
Now I just eat at the places. I still sit with my back to the wall and with a full view of the entrances/exits, Indon’t trust the environment any more now than I did back when. Food’s worth it.
