Gee, whiz, Bill sounds more racist than Trump. “How are you going to get jobs for blacks with tattoos on their foreheads?” Right now there are no jobs for them. And, there probably will never be because those with “tattoos on their foreheads” don’t want an 8 to 5 job anyway. And, besides, there have to be jobs before you can figure out a way to help educate and train people for those jobs.
