I am really looking forward to watching this with no interruptions. (Trying to get my husband packed up and back on the road before it starts.)
I just hope the media asks legit questions and don’t act like buffoons. 😛

I get really angry with the “have you stopped beating your wife?” questions. I really did have a problem with Stephanopolis, wasn’t it, who did the interview yesterday or the day before. I am surprised I didn’t break anything. He was totally insufferable.

Trump freaks me out. He had this press conference to advertise the new hotel, spent almost an hour answering political questions. He kills two birds with one stone. Blows my mind.

The reporters are interviewing the woman that Trump pulled up. She is a retired vet who has had trouble getting a job, and I think has been homeless. She was thrilled that he gave her an opportunity to apply for a job. Her question to Trump was if the jobs at the hotel were going to be open to vets. I hope somebody pulls this up when it becomes available because it makes a really good story.

I was watching on CSPAN3 and it happened after most of the crowd left to follow Trump. A bunch of reporters surrounded her, kind of overwhelmed her. She was going to tell them something off the record {cringe} and she was on LIVE TV. The announcer talked over her at that point, thank goodness for her. It had something to do with her fiance/husband. I think we will hear more about her because she is a retired Vet with a story.

The press interviewed her. She couldn’t get away. They wanted to know if she knew Trump and she said no, that she had just come to ask a question for a Vet publication. She is a freelance writer and got all teary eyed after Trump did that. There is a great story behind that.

Alicia Watkins — who later identified herself as a retired Air Force staff sergeant
Watkins told CBS News’ Julianna Goldman that she was a network engineer at the Pentagon during the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Watkins has been a beauty pageant contestant and over the weekend appeared in TLC’s “Say Yes to the Dress.” She said she was attending the Trump news conference as a blogger for Troops Media, which was confirmed by Trump communications director Hope Hicks.
