This video is instructive. It was recorded in 2013 in Norway, and is posted on YouTube by Islam Net Video. My interpretation is that certain beliefs of Sunni Muslims are shared by all, and should not be characterized as “radical”.

H/T to Right Scoop, who urged us to share this video with friends who insist on the idea of the moderate Muslim as opposed to the radical Muslim. I’m sharing, and suggest that you do too.
In a somewhat different interpretation than what I took from this video is a description posted with this video on YouTube by Islam Net Video:

When Muslim organizations invite Shaykhs who speak openly about the values of Islam, the Islamophobic western media starts murdering the character of that organization and the invited speaker. The question these Islamophobic journalists need to reflect upon is; are these so called ”radical” views that they criticize endorsed only by these few individuals being invited around the globe, or does the common Muslims believe in them. If the common Muslims believe in these values that means that more or less all Muslims are radical and that Islam is a radical religion. Since this is not the case, as Islam is a peaceful religion and so are the masses of common Muslims, these Shaykhs cannot be radical. Rather it is Islamophobia from the ignorant western media who is more concerned about making money by alienating Islam by presenting Muslims in this way. Islam Net, an organization in Norway, invited 9 speakers to Peace Conference Scandinavia 2013. These speakers would most likely be labelled as ”extremists” if the media were to write about the conference. But how come this conference was the largest Islamic Scandinavian International event that has taken place in Norway with about 4000 people attending? Were the majority of those who attended in opposition to what the speakers were preaching? If so, how come they paid to enter? Let’s forget about that for a moment, let’s imagine that we don’t really knew what all these people thought about for example segregation of men and women, or stoning to death of those who commit adultery. The Chairman of Islam Net, Fahad Ullah Qureshi asked the audience, and the answer was clear. The attendees were common Sunni Muslims. They did not consider themselves as radicals or extremists. They believed that segregation was the right thing to do, both men and women agreed upon this. They even supported stoning or whatever punishment Islam or prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) commanded for adultery or any other crime. They even believed that these practises should be implemented around the world. Now what does that tell us? Either all Muslims and Islam is radical, or the media is Islamophobic and racist in their presentation of Islam. Islam is not radical, nor is Muslims in general radical. That means that the media is the reason for the hatred against Muslims, which is spreading among the non-Muslims in western countries.

I think after seeing this and many other things, that all muslims are radical in their beliefs. The fact that they think the whole world should conform to their beliefs or die , pretty much says it all. I really don’t see the media driving the hatred if they want to call it that. I don’t hate anyone, even muslims, but I sure don’t want them in power over me or anyone else. I think to them it is a religion and they use that to justify what they do. But in reality it is hatred for anyone non muslim and a huge thirst for power.

Well I got caught up in watching Muslim videos last night after watching the one posted by Stella.
There is such amazing stuff out there, especially the folks who have escaped the clutches of Islam, “I hated Israel even before I knew where it was on a map.” “A women’s heaven is under the foot of her husband”
Dr. Wafa Sultan is very interesting, she left Islam and speaks out against it, she of course has a fatwa put out on her. She knows the Quran as well as her adversaries and she knows the oral tradition of her people as well which she uses to run circles around Muslims. Simply put she repeats again and again that Islam has destroyed the intellectual and moral structure of all those who practice it.
In this video she still refers to Islam as a religion, as she evolves she refuses to accept that Islam is a religion. She is to the best of my knowledge a secular humanist.
I firmly believe that the Islamic faith was created to serve Muhammad, and to legitimize his desires and urges. As evidence, we have Aisha’s words: “I see that your Lord hastens to satisfy your desires.” These words which she said with innocence and spontaneity, embody the goal for which the Islamic faith was formed. Islam allowed men to marry infants in order to justify Muhammad’s marriage to ‘Aisha.”
Can the human mind accept such a story
Dr. Sultan addresses Muslim twisted violence in many of her videos also. You can still see vestiges of her early indoctrination in some of her thinking.
She has a book “A God Who Hates” As soon as I’m finished with “Swamp Sluts” I am going to get Sultan’s book 😎
PS. The Muslims say Dr. Sultan is a filthy lying fraud who was never a Muslim 🙄
