You know what hit me when I first saw this photo on teh Twitter? The genuine, relaxed smile. A man truly at ease with himself and the world around him. There are very few billionaires that in even shots were they are caught unawares look genuinely happy.

Something else that is refreshing is that the Trump’s granddaughter is just a little kid. Her hair is messy, she is not stuffed in some ridiculous outfit and she is full of wonder. Altogether a very sweet picture of the two of them.

That is one of the funniest sketches I have seen in a long time. I have many things I critique teh Donald about, but he does enjoy poking fun at himself – something that our current Regime is clearly incapable of.
Jimmy Kimmel wins the late night writer’s contest, IMO. The stuff they’ve been doing lately is realy good – reminds me of SNL back in the day before they got suck-ey.

An interesting analogy is that the BATFE does not regard a firearms receiver to be a “gun” if it is only 80% complete. Will some federal bureau determine that people do not have an accent until they pass the 80% threshold?
Will we then have to register our accents?
Will we have to license our accents from some federal leviathan?
Will there be a skills test?
Inquiring minds want to know. Well, at least 80% of my mind does.

AdRem, my Father “tawks like dis”. English is his 2nd language. My sister and I speak as if we were from the Midlands (we aren’t). That fits, as that is where Mom is from. Everyone else in the family (cousins, aunts, uncles) speaks New Yawker. They are very nice people. I was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., so it just makes the midland accent funnier. Most of my brood speak like Canadians at times.
