Republican Candidate Carson Reportedly Considering Independent Bid

U.S. Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson threatened on Friday to bolt the party and launch an independent White House bid, accusing Republican Party leaders of trying to manipulate who wins the 2016 nomination.

Carson’s threat came a day after party operatives said the race is so unpredictable that it could result in a contested convention in July when delegates meet to formally pick their presidential nominee.

Carson’s concern is that party officials will rally around a candidate of their choice and exclude him.

“The party should not be doing anything that is deceptive and under the covers,” Carson told reporters in Burlington, Iowa.

If there were plans for a brokered convention, he said, “I assure you Donald Trump won’t be the only one leaving the party.”

In Memory Of My Brother, Who Died In The San Bernardino Attack

    http://thefederalist.com/2015/12/11/in-memory-of-my-brother-who-died-in-the-san-bernardino-attack/?utm_source=The+Federalist+List&utm_campaign=0fa365e656-RSS_The_Federalist_Daily_Updates_w_Transom&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_cfcb868ceb-0fa365e656-83788593

This is a small part of what this man has to say:

Third, my family has always believed, and still believes, that all people everywhere have a fundamental right to possess guns for self-defense, against criminals as well as against the government; that this right is enshrined on an equal footing with other essential rights in our Constitution, and that all elected officials are bound by oath to respect and protect it. Efforts to disarm law-abiding people, such as are now underway, are counterproductive and wrong. Danny shared our belief on this matter.

But we also believe that political questions should not be decided on the basis of emotion. Gun rights and other constitutional issues should be subject to rational thought, based on ethics, law, history, and politics. Emotional demands to “do something!” are just begging for irresponsible lawmaking. We also recognize that the fact that our loved one happened to believe in gun rights does not make our views either more or less credible than they were before his death. Those interested in the right to possess firearms should study the relevant constitutional history and so forth—not react based on feelings.

Our own belief is as it has always been: that gun control laws are largely unconstitutional, and mostly ineffective. They certainly were in this case. I would suggest that those who agree with us consider making a contribution to the Second Amendment Foundation, the nation’s best and most effective organization devoted to protecting this crucial constitutional right.

Since there wasn’t a POTUS election in 1975, I wonder about their pickin’ skills. Stranger things have happened though, as evidenced by the sh*tstain currently in office. 🙄

I predict that Western Illinois University’s success at predicting the next president of the US is about to come to an end.!

WIU’s success will end in Nov-2016 when Donald Trump is elected our 45th president.!

The disgust and frustration with the Democratic/Republican Uniparty establishment has never been greater and people want an end to it. Americans do not want more of the same and most certainly do not want a socialist as POTUS.

The silent majority has awakened and will vote for Trump in the primary elections. But, the GOP seems intent on sabotaging Trump with a brokered convention to nominate their chosen candidate which would drive Trump and most likely Carson to run as independents. This would split the GOP votes and maybe throw the election to the democrats.

But, what if Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders for that matter decided to break from that Democrats and run as independents.? Possible but not very likely, but consider that this is Clinton’s (age 69) and Sanders (age 75) last shot at the Whitehouse, especially Clinton and she knows it – what would she have to loose by running as an independent.? Clinton is possessed with an evil ruthless obsessive ambition to be President of the United States. This would split the Democratic party’s votes and things would get really interesting.!

No one has considered this scenario where both the Democratic and Republican parties have candidates that break out and run as independents. The GOP already knows Trump would come back as an independent candidate. But both the GOP and especially the Democrat’s would go crazy and go into a complete melt down.

Could a split in both parties happen and both former Democratic and Republican candidates run as independents.?

In the above scenario, certainly each of the candidates believe they would prevail and win, but who would end up as our 45th president.?

      Vote Trump 2016.!

    NO Speak English

A Russian woman married an Englishman and they lived in London . The poor lady was not very proficient in English, but did manage to communicate with her husband. The real problem arose whenever she had to shop for groceries.

One day, she went to the butcher and wanted to buy chicken legs. She didn’t know how to put forward her request, so, in desperation, clucked like a chicken and lifted up her skirt to show her thighs. Her butcher got the message and gave her the chicken legs.

Next day she needed to get chicken breasts, again she didn’t know how to say it, so she clucked like a chicken and unbuttoned her blouse to show the butcher her breasts. The butcher understood again and gave her some chicken breasts.

On the 3rd day, the poor lady needed to buy some small sausages. Unable to find a way to communicate this, she brought her husband to the store…

    (Please scroll down.)

    What were you thinking?

    Her husband speaks English!

Now get back to your emails.

    I worry about you sometimes

    Still Not National News:

    http://www.wkyt.com/content/news/Police-child-killed-during-early-morning-burglary-in-Versailles-360764771.html

I wonder why, and then I remember Mona Nelson and Christian/Newsom.

Just a local crime story. It’s astounding.

This story makes GZ v. Trayvon even more starkly contrived.

I wonder if the words of Malik Shabaz (Kill Cracka Babies!) and Quanell X and 9/10ths of Hip-Hop R&B artists statements and lyrics might have RADICALIZED this guy?

Nah. Couldn’t be. But GZ was definitely a white supremecist on the hunt to kill blacks.

This story is the most dark and disturbing I’ve seen in years. No just because of what this guy did, but amplified greatly by what the MSM is doing by ignoring it.

I’m guessing he found the family and got their address via facebook or flickr or other social media, and decided based on his NBPP/BLM programming, to go and kill a white kid in his sleep with a kitchen knife, driving 200 miles just to do so.

Prosecutor says he’s crazy, schizo, and he was a dialysis nurse, just last week, in Indiana. No indication from his former employer that he was crazy at all.

    And not national news.

If the races were reversed, the local MSM (who are the only ones covering it) would be saying it’s the fault of every single white man, and Rush, and FAUX!!!11News, and wouldn’t even allow the possiblity of “crazy”.

Outback Aborigines and South American Pygmies knew who GZ was, and that he was the Devil.

Stab a SLEEPING white 6YO boy in the head many times? “Oh, it’s not your fault, brother. Comrade.”

MSM employees, you will kneel before Christ one day. I wouldn’t want to be you on that day, or for the eternity of pain that you will most probably face, for unashamedly doing what you do each day.
