Thirty-five percent of Republican primary voters support Trump, up 13 points since October, and his highest level of support in CBS News polling. Ted Cruz (16 percent) has moved into second place, while Ben Carson, who led the October poll, has dropped to third.
Marco Rubio is in fourth place with 9 percent. Jeb Bush is getting the backing of just 3 percent of Republican primary voters nationwide, his lowest percentage to date in CBS News polling. Carly Fiorina’s support has also dropped; she is at just 1 percent now.

I keep wondering what long term benefit those in power see in Trumps defeat, we are headed toward 20 trillion dollars in debt, the world is on fire, our economy and the world economy is in a free fall, civil war is a hairpin away in many nations, Sharia law is setting the stage for an all out global war, and so on yet the powers that be are fighting to keep us on the same suicidal slide that we are currently on, so I have decided to email some of our government critters;

Dear Government critters,
Trump is to your benefit if you think it through.
Set back your own ideas of how to grab more money for yourself, how to keep your power and how to best benefit your own self interests and look at things from a different vantage point.
Think about it.
The UniteStates is going to hell in a hand basket and you can only grab so much power and money from that basket before it is fully engulfed and simply of no value.
What to do? In the deepest recesses of your heart and brain you know that something has to change the fortune of America, something drastic, of what benefit is it t be overlord of an empty basket? Perhaps it is time to let someone who is not beholden to their benefactors to actually turn America around. What is the worst that can happen? Trump comes in and changes the fortunes of America, he rights the ship, America becomes solvent and you dear republicans and democrats reap the benefits.
Sure some of you and your cohorts will be booted out of power but likely no more than would be booted out on a normal election cycle. Your friends in wealth and power will have less influence but if the US continues on its current path that day is coming anyhow and that day will be irreversible if it comes about because the dollar is equal in value to a sheet of toilet paper.
Think about it. Trump is good even for you republicans and democrats in power, consider his presidency a time of refilling the coffers. In 8 years maybe you can go back to using the American tax payers as a piñata and the piñata will be filled with silver and gold rather than pink slips and overdue notices. Isn’t the possibility of a booming treasury better than the certainty of default?
Come on you little emperors take your chances 😉 Make America great again!
PS. Remember, no one knows who you vote for in the privacy of that booth, the tidal wave is coming, be prepared, you can use it to your benefit or be swept away.
