On September 5, 1972, the Munich Olympics were transformed into a site of terror. The team of Israeli Athletes were taken hostage by Palestinian terrorists, and 11 men lost their lives.
The games were held a short distance from the Dachau Concentration Camp where millions of innocent men, women and children were murdered by the Nazis because they were Jewish. The Israeli Olympians toured the Dachau Concentration Camp as part of their Olympic schedule and news anchor Jim Mckay took note of that visit and commented that the presence of an Israeli team at an Olympics in Germany shows that “the world has come a long way.. since the Holocaust…”

Terrorism increasingly threatens the lives of people of all faiths, nationalities and backgrounds around the world.
It is incumbent upon us to protect the memory of these Jewish men and the message their murder sends to the world: that we cannot afford to stay silent or inactive in the face of those who seek to control and destroy their fellow men through hatred, fear and violence.

A Palestinian terrorist group called “Black September” attacked the dorm rooms of Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympic Games, killing two in the initial attack and taking nine hostage. All nine hostages were later killed. Three Black September terrorists who took part in the Munich Massacre were released by the West German government hijacked and threatened destruction of an airliner in October 1972.

More of us have to have the courage to stand up and call out this horrific ideology for what it is.
The only reason Islam has spread is because the options are convert or die a horrible death as an “example” to others.
My ancestors did not shed their blood and sacrifice so I could turn over my children’s and grandchildren’s birthright to freedom to savages.
I fear we may be entering another “Dark Ages” where Truth, Knowledge and Freedom are forbidden and punished in barbaric fashion.

Think I’d mentioned many moons ago my grandmother’s apartment in Munich overlooked the Olympic Park where the incident occurred and my having two unissued sets of commemorative ’72 Munich beer glasses. I’m saving the’. glasses in case Jeopardy needs a prop – ‘I’ll take ‘Who Gives a S****’ for 30 pieces of silver, Alex’.
We’re talking 40-plus years here, many citizens of the People’s Democratic Republic of America can’t recall 911 never mind a long-gone incident in a place they can’t even find on a map. Anyway, it’s irrelevant because this was caused by people who are now old white Christina people that didn’t have PC gland educationally implanted – couldn’t happen now.

The savagery is terrible. Mrs. Romano’s words haunt me already;
“The moment I saw the photos, it was very painful,” Ms. Romano said. “I remembered until that day Yossef as a young man with a big smile. I remembered his dimples until that moment.”
She hesitated. “At that moment, it erased the entire Yossi that I knew,” she said.

I know I would have wanted to see the pictures, that said, what has been seen can not be unseen. Prayers for all of Israel.

True, but the miserable response Germany mounted and the mistakes they made did as much to bring the bloody end about as the Palestinians did. Only ‘good’ thing that came out of it was the formation of the GSG9 – a professional unity to handle CT incidents.

GSG-9? The Germans may need something more like GSG-900,000! What Merkel has set in motion… it is a crime against humanity. This winter is going to be a time of high tensions there.
