ISIS is threatening NYC in a slick new video.  It shows the preparation of IED’s, and terrorists donning suicide vests under clothing.  Following this are footage of Herald Square and Time Square, showing Yellow Cabs driving by.

NYC PD admits they are aware of it, and says they coordinate with the FBI and the rest of the intelligence community to keep the city safe.
