Exposing Ukraine’s Secret Police and Mission to Exterminate Christianity

Bob Amsterdam is an international human rights lawyer who’s been banned from Russia by Vladimir Putin. He says Ukraine is the single most repressive country he’s ever been to, a place where everyone’s terrified of the secret police. “The idea it’s a democracy is a farce.” Once again, they’re lying to you and making you pay for it.

Earlier this month, the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church announced that the law firm AMSTERDAM & PARTNERS LLP has agreed to represent the Church pro bono, defending it against the serious state persecution campaign.

Yesterday, lawyer Robert Amsterdam joined Tucker Carlson on his show Tucker on X to discuss the crimes against Orthodoxy, including the violent seizure of property and the jailing of clergy, and his representation of the Church.

“It is shocking to me that a country such as the United States, with strong Christian leadership—I thought—could allow this to go on,” Amsterdam says.

“And this intervention [by the Ukrainian government] for callous political purposes is unacceptable and it is shameful that not only Christian, but all leaders of all denominations have not spoken out against the Ukrainian government,” the lawyer emphasizes.

It’s difficult to even comment on this information…I go from outrage to contempt to disgust to sorrow to tears, full knowing I need to be praying about the whole situation and the people involved, including the evil ones. And, frankly, I’m not doing that.

The following verses from Jesus’s “Sermon On the Mount” are part of what is often called the “hard commands of Jesus,” because what is harder than loving our enemies?

    Matthew 5:43-45 The Voice version

“You have been taught to love your neighbor and hate your enemy.  But I tell you this: love your enemies. Pray for those who torment you and persecute you—in so doing, you become children of your Father in heaven.  He, after all, loves each of us—good and evil, kind and cruel.  He causes the sun to rise and shine on evil and good alike. He causes the rain to water the fields of the righteous and the fields of the sinner.”

The Voice commentary:  “Part of imitating the perfection of God is acting charitably and generously, doing good deeds, working for justice, and praying.”
