Tucker: Ron Paul Predicted Today’s Disasters. What’s Next?

The United States government has consumed much of the past decade cultivating a disastrous foreign policy in Ukraine.

Hindsight makes this obvious. Much to Ukraine’s disadvantage, permanent Washington has spent years using that country as a vessel to fuel its persistent desire for conflict with Russia. The result? Billions of dollars wasted, countless lives lost, and vastly increased hostilities between the world’s two most prolific nuclear powers.

Looking back, it’s worth wondering if anyone could have seen this coming. And it turns out the answer is yes. Former Congressman Ron Paul prophesied the current dysfunction all the way back in 2014, and he joined today’s Tucker Carlson Encounter to explain how he predicted it and what could come next.

Ron Paul tells Tucker:

“We have World War 3 on the doorstep, and every day we try to start another fight with Russia. And we go on and on. [The war] is not going to be stopped that way.”

Covid: Don’t Let Them Off The Hook

John Stossel reminds us of what happened and why we can’t let that happen again.

I’m glad he particularly pointed out the acts of Michigan’s governor, Gretchen “the witch” Whitmer.

This is why the free speech cases currently being considered by the Supreme Court are so important. Not only did government officials enforce Stalinesque laws against we, the citizens, they also attempted to shut down any opinions that they didn’t approve. by coercing social media companies to act in their behalf.

A poem for today – Spring

Spring

Nothing is so beautiful as Spring –
When weeds, in wheels, shoot long and lovely and lush;
Thrush’s eggs look little low heavens, and thrush
Through the echoing timber does so rinse and wring
The ear, it strikes like lightnings to hear him sing;

The glassy peartree leaves and blooms, they brush
The descending blue; that blue is all in a rush
With richness; the racing lambs too have fair their fling.

 

 

What is all this juice and all this joy?
A strain of the earth’s sweet being in the beginning
In Eden garden. – Have, get, before it cloy,
Before it cloud, Christ, lord, and sour with sinning,
Innocent mind and Mayday in girl and boy,
Most, O maid’s child, thy choice and worthy the winning.
