Our President sticks by his guns. Social media is filled with naysayers and all of a sudden many of our fellow citizens are market experts, running around with their hair on fire!

President Donald Trump was defiant in the face of calls to soften his plan to institute massive global tariffs after historic drops in the U.S. and global markets. Trump spoke to reporters on Air Force One while returning to the White House from Florida where he had attended the LIV Golf tournament, a trip that was criticized by Democrats who said the White House should instead be responding to Americans’ fears about the economy.

How Jeffrey Goldberg Got In the Signal Group Chat

I contend that the real question should be, “Why didn’t Jeffrey Goldberg announce his mistaken presence immediately, and leave the chat?”

So, how did Goldberg get invited onto the chat? It all goes back to when Goldberg was attempting yet another hit piece during the 2024 campaign. Goldberg, the Atlantic’s editor and chief Trump antagonist, had been reaching out to various officials in his usual attempt to smear the president. This led to a series of forwarded communications that ultimately resulted in his contact information being caught in an automated iPhone update.

According to an exclusive report from The Guardian, an internal White House investigation found that “Waltz’s phone had saved Goldberg’s number as part of an unlikely series of events that started when Goldberg emailed the Trump campaign last October.”
