   For a really easy and delicious treat, crosshatch cream cheese then put your favorite meat rub on all sides. Bake in the oven at 225 until it’s spreading at the crosshatches, then top with pepper jelly. My favorite by a mile is Captain Rodney’s which you can find in most stores or order quick from Amazon. We have a small smoker, so I smoke my cream cheese. Serve with favorite crackers or even sliced veggies.

   If you have a party, I promise, this is going to be the appetizer that goes first.

   Hissy fit dip sounds good also.

   This one is going to be a must do for us, my husband loves pimento cheese, but I might use my recipe for the filling. Looks easy.
