    Good mornin’, and happy Sunday! I’m still up and not sure when I might get up, so the coffee’s already going. Should be plenty for all night and all day Sunday! Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee!

    Just saw this on X by a poster named Clare. Apologies, I’m too lazy this morning to go through the rigamarole you gotta do to get a tweet to post.

    I hate when fitness influencers are in their early 20s. Listen I was skinny and hot when I was 21 too. My diet was vodka, noodles, coffee and cigarettes. My workout was walking to parties in 5inch heels. You don’t impress me. Come back when you’re 50.

    Afternoon All. Nice day here, in the high 30’s right now and going to get warmer. Got my electric bill, it is $15. Not complaining, but I do wonder if that is real.

    National Get Up Day – I think they mean exercise, but some days just getting out of the chair is work

    National Dark Chocolate Day – I remember it has its followers here

    National Baked Alaska Day – not much, but the ice cream is tasty
