Get away from snow for the week and holiday in Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica where the temperature on Taco Tuesday will be a high of 90F and low of 76F, partly cloudy and windswept. January is the off-season for mosquitos but bring spray anyway as the beasties might not have received the memo.

This Tuesday try Queso Birria Tacos…oh.my.goodness! They look incredible…but leave out the black guajillo peppers or you might pass out from gustatory glow…
This make-your-own-taco buffet might be better for those of us who have to leave out the peppers….
