I do not think so. My favorite grandfather was born in 1906 and he showed me 2 of his eighth grade schoolbooks, one english and one math. WAY more advanced than today’s high school and possibly half of college courses.

I’ve been adding these to my drinking regimen. We have a store brand unsweetened carbonated water that I like. Still drink 1 Coke Zero pretty much every day, but a lot less than I used to.

I was never a soda/pop drinker (except as an occasional beverage, maybe with pizza). I drink more water when it is carbonated.
