Latest Info on Canada’s MAID (Assisted Death)

As the article points out, this practice was last used by the Nazis. It proves that we can no longer trust doctors to do what is right. Any excuse to decrease the earth’s population is seized upon by leftist followers of the New World Order.

Canada has gone completely off the rails. This is also part of the reason.

DAILY MAIL

Canada‘s assisted suicide laws have continued rapidly expanding in recent years, with a group of doctors now pushing for disabled newborn babies to be euthanized.

The demand for euthanasia is so high that doctors who provide it cannot keep up, according to a new report by The Atlantic.

Assisted dying, legalized in 2016, now accounts for about one out of 20 deaths in Canada, far surpassing countries where it’s been legal for longer.

As assisted deaths have become a major part of Canada’s health care system, the Quebec College of Physicians suggested legalizing euthanasia for infants born severely ill.

As The Atlantic noted, the practice is legal in the Netherlands – the first country to adopt it since Nazi Germany did it in 1939.

[. . .] The Quebec College of Physicians told Daily Mail on Monday ‘The CMQ reiterates that medical assistance in dying may be an appropriate treatment for babies suffering from extreme pain that cannot be relieved and who have severe malformations or serious polysymptomatic syndromes that destroy any prospect of survival.

And just who is going to decide which babies are suffering so much that their lives must end?

Currently, patients don’t need to be terminally ill to qualify for Medical Assistance in Dying, or MAID, as it’s called in Canada.

In two years, the mentally ill will qualify for MAID, and parliament has recommended granting access to minors.

Just one doctor – Vancouver’s Ellen Wiebe, who used to be an abortion provider – has euthanized more than 430 patients in nine years.

Stefanie Green, another Vancouver doctor, said she calls her MAID deaths ‘deliveries’ instead of ‘provisions,’ which is the term for euthanasia that Canadian doctors use.

As a former maternity doctor, she used to welcome lives into the world, and now sees her job as ‘delivering life out.’

This is worse than crazy. I may have mentioned this before. My sister was married to a Canadian and lived in B.C., Canada. She developed what they said was three kinds of cancer in her spine and ended up in the hospital. Her husband put her in the hospital because she was in extreme pain and couldn’t get out of bed. Then he said she was terminal and they were trying to get her into a hospice. The next thing I knew, she was in hospice and was gone the next day. I still wonder if she was euthanized. Her husband has cut off all contact with me and I don’t know why, but I wonder.

It’s absolutely insane here. I recall reading an article where two doctors bragged about killing over 700 people between them, through MAiD, and that was more than a year ago. Several of my former neighbours living with disabilities have died through MAiD. Even the suicide help line has been offering MAiD to callers! Frankly, I’m expecting the “system” to suggest it for my husband, since they’ve never been able to do much to help him other than prescribe drugs that don’t really do much. So far, I think we’ve lucked out on the doctors we have now.

Canada has fallen so far, in so many ways, in such a short time, it boggles the mind.
