One family vacation in the 1950s our dear little Boston Terrier, who loved to lean out the window, fell out. Luckily we were at the beach and were slowly pulling through a sandy area where our trailer was parked, so he didn’t hit pavement. He just acted embarrassed. Such a character. I miss him to this day.

Thank goodness your little dog wasn’t hurt! My SIL’s brother lost his lab when he jumped out of a window in traffic on the freeway.
