Other than radical changes in our spending habits, which doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen on any great scale it looks like there are storms brewing on the horizon in the financial markets. I’m glad that we have people like the new Treasury Secretary, who seems to be very smart, and can explain things to the masses, but our Congress and Fed are going to have to get on board pretty soon. We were left with lots and lots of landmines in these markets that the media isn’t talking about because they don’t understand it. Change is coming, one way or another.

My DIL is pretty high up in the investment banking world. I just texted her this and asked her opinion. She texted back that she’s actually on a company call about it right now, and will share anything worthwhile.

Hiya Weed! We missed multiple bullets all around last night. Watched an hour or so of live coverage showing tornadoes on the radar around us, north and south and west, but we dodged a bullet. I think Huntsville got the worst of it, and I haven’t been able to find out if any of those other tornadoes touched down and did damage yet.
